First, residents of the 15th arrondissement benefit from a wide range of cultural activities. For art lovers, let yourself be tempted by the Antoine Bourdelle Museum, housed in the sculptor's former workshops, and the Espace Frans Krajcberg Gallery, dedicated to the works Frans Krajcberg donated to the city of Paris. But you can also retrace the advances of the famous scientist at the Pasteur Museum or discover postal history at the Musée de la Poste. As for shopping enthusiasts, head to Rue du Commerce or the new Beaugrenelle shopping center. For a moment of relaxation, take advantage of one of the many green spaces in the neighborhood. At the top of the list is the ultra-modern Parc André Citroën, as well as the more intimate Parc Georges Brassens, with its river and many varieties of plants. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
