## Logement
Located on the ground floor, it comprises :
- three bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, one with a pull-out double bed, and the last with a sofa bed;
- a bathroom with a bathtub; to access the bathroom, there are a few steps to go down;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a living room with sofa bed.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal : Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven, Espresso coffee machine with percolator, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is close to subway line 5.
There's a "Coccinelle Express" supermarket 250 m from the building for your everyday needs.
There are also a number of excellent restaurants in the area.
You can opt for a stroll along the quays of Saint-Bernard or an evening of dancing and music.
For the latter, I recommend Péniche Son de la terre (good jazz music and good food).

## Emplacement
Paris's 5th arrondissement is very diverse: it includes the Latin Quarter, home to a large student population, as well as the Pantheon and its Rue Soufflot, one of the most chic and expensive streets in Paris, and Gallo-Roman remains that make the whole area extremely touristy.
The famous Latin Quarter is a lively student quarter, one of the oldest in Paris. Its name probably comes from the fact that, as a university district, teaching was in Latin.
