Iconic location! Studio with washer by the Champs-Élysées avenue

📍ENJOY THE BEST LOCATION TO VISIT PARIS !

The 8th arrondissement of Paris is a very central, historical, safe and walkable neighborhood. There are a dozen bus lines and 3 metro stations nearby. The closest one, "Saint Philippe Du Roule", is just a short 2 minutes walk.


*** STAY IN A COSY AND FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENT!

My charming studio under the roofs of Paris is only 20 sqm but very cozy, quiet and fully equipped to accommodate up to 3 guests.

• 🛏️ BEDS: there is one double bed (140cm), one single sofa bed (100cm), blackout shades and power strips. The double bed has wheels so you can push it to make space during the day, and pull it out to sleep comfortably at night.

• 🚿BATHROOM: toilet, sink, shower and a hair dryer. Toiletries samples and towels are provided.

• 🍽️ KITCHEN: dining table with 3 seat, electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, pots/pans, dinnerware and glassware.

• 👚 CLOSET AND LAUNDRY: Small built-in closet with hangers and drawers, as well as a washer, a drying rack, an iron and it's board. Laundry detergent is not provided.

• 🌡️ HEATING AND COOLING: There are 2 portable heaters to keep you warm during winter, and 2 portable tower fans for summer. There is no A/C.

• ➡️ PLEASE NOTE that the majority of historic buildings located in central Paris, like mine, do not have elevator. Therefore, it is not suitable for babies, young kids, seniors and people with mobility issue who cannot climb stairs.

*** HOUSE RULES:
• Self check-in anytime after 3pm and check-out by 11am. You can book online a luggage storage located near my studio.
• No parties.
• No smoking
• No pet



*** THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Lastly, You will find everything you may need during your stay within 5 minutes walk, such as metro/bus stations, restaurants, grocery stores, late-night convenience stores, bakeries, pharmacies, atm and currency exchange, luxury boutiques and famous department stores, etc. From my studio, you can easily explore the city and reach many iconic landmarks:

• The Champs-Élysées avenue and the Galleries Lafayette department store are just a short 10 minutes walk.
• The Arc de triomphe, the Opera Garnier, the Place de la Concorde, the Tuileries gardens, the Alexandre III bridge and the Invalides Hotel are only 10 minutes by bike, 15 minutes by metro/bus, or 20 minutes by foot.
• The Louvre museum and the Eiffel Tower are only 10 min by bike, 20 min by metro/bus, or 30 min by foot.


*** ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS:

The studio is located on the 6th floor of a no-elevator building. It's a renovated attic apartment with slopping ceilings. Therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility issue or those traveling with infant or young kids.
