Property Details:

This 42-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedrooms are street-facing and come furnished with double size beds with quality superior mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below).

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Saint Germain des Pres is considered the best area to stay in Paris. This famous Left Bank neighbourhood, known as the “Rive Gauche” to Parisians, has been a long time-favourite of intellectuals and artists. At your doorstep you will find a huge array of restaurants, bistrots, cafĂ©s, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! Be sure to shop at Le Bon MarchĂ© and in the beautiful covered markets of Le MarchĂ© Saint Germain. Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame easily on foot. The Latin Quarter is a stone’s throw away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Visit Le Marais district for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. With its close proximity to Metro station, Saint-Michel Notre-Dame (Line 4, RER B & C) , accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs ElysĂ©es and the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The RER train station Saint Michel-Notre Dame is a short walk away and gives access to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The heaters did not work at all, aside from a small portable heater that provided very little heat and was completely inadequate.The property was also very dirty. Pillows had visible stains, there was mold in the shower, a moldy shower curtain, and dry rot around the shower area.When we reached out for help regarding the lack of heat, the property owners—who turned out to be next door—were not helpful and did not resolve the issue. Due to the unsafe and uncomfortable conditions, we were forced to vacate the property and stay in a hotel instead.We had purchased trip protection directly from the property owner, but it was not honored. Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience, and we would not recommend this property.

The location of this apartment is amazing. It is close to everything and it is the very best part of staying there. It is definitely smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but perfect for my stay because we only came in to sleep. Lots to do nearby and close to public transportation. The bathroom is super small and has mold in the shower. And the sofa had some marks on it that looked like paint. The senseo leaked a bit. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Great location for a trip to Paris. Easy to navigate from airport by train. Picking up keys and dropping off just down the street. Metro very close but also easy to walk many places. Would stay here again!

Apartamento con OBRAS y corte de agua

Inicialmente la placa de inducciĂłn/vitro no funcionaba. Pasamos 1 noche sin poderla usar ( a pesar de seguir instrucciones del video). WIFI intermitente ( 3 airbox, sĂłlo conseguimos 1 dĂ­a y medio con conexion). Obras en el patio donde daba la casa a las 8:30 AM. Imposible descansar, durante lunes a jueves de nuestra estancia. Encima anuncian corte de agua 9:00 a 17:00. NingĂșn tipo de compensaciĂłn por todo estas incidencias. A parte aĂșn no hemos recibido el reembolso de 600 euros que nos hicieron abonar. El apartamento presentaba desperfectos ( agujero en pared), mancha en sofĂĄ; puerta lavadora quitada, puerta de armariada abombada. La limpieza (interior de los armarios de lavabo amarillos y restos blanquecinos en estantes de cristal). Debajo de la cama de la habitaciĂłn lleno de pelusas. Cristales ventanas de la zona de comedor muy sucios.....
