Gut: Sauberkeit
The good: Location is great- walkable to so many great sites and restaurants. Apartment is spacious and pretty windows/light.The bad: as other have said, front bedroom is so loud. Sometimes a sounds machine could cover the noise below but when the crowd started singing together or doing a call and response it would definitely wake you up- Friday and Saturday were the worst. The bed in the front room was also very hard so we didn’t sleep well for our whole stay. Back bedroom was quiet with more comfortable mattress. The conversation with host is clearly AI and awkward at times- I asked if there was laundry detergent provided and was told I needed to buy my own (I thought perhaps it’s not an expectation in France that they provide enough for a load or two but at our next VRBO it was provided). We bought the detergent and then realized the machine wasn’t working- looking back at a recent reviews I could see the machine had been broken for a prior guest and clearly not repaired- the AI host didn’t mention that it may not be working and instead made me waste on detergent I couldn’t use- I doubt we would stay here again.
