Welcome to my stylish and peaceful haven in Paris!

1200 square feet designed with three main pillars in mind: comfort, privacy, and designer furnishings. In my penthouse, you will find a cozy fireplace, a medium-grand Steinway piano, a charming rooftop and a skylight-lit attic room with a PS5 and a huge TV.

You can also expect a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for hosting your friends with designer glassware. If you need to work from home, the flat provides an excellent fiber network.

This 120 square meters two-bedroom loft is located on the 4th floor (no elevator). Being on the top floor in Paris ensures absolute tranquility and abundant daylight throughout the day. As the sun sets, curated designer lights create a beautiful atmosphere.

The apartment features a stunning fully-equipped open kitchen with concrete flooring and a long dining table, perfect for hosting. The living room boasts a large Cassina couch, ideal for enjoying a lit fire, listening to vinyls, streaming music via AirPlay on the Sonos system, or playing the piano.

The Italian shower is truly impressive. Big enough for 1, 2 and even 3! The two bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort: the downstairs bed has a pure wool mattress and is adorned with Muji bed linen. The loft room, affectionately referred to as the Cloud Room, also serves as a gaming room that your kids will adore. It is equipped with a large TV, a PS5 console, and subscriptions to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Disney+.

I regularly test the internet speed, which is approximately 106mbps for downloads and 67mbps for uploads in the living room where I have set up the workspace. The speed is slightly lower in the dining area.
