Large closed kitchen, a dining room and a large living room. A large master bedroom with a 160cm bed, a dressing room and a bathroom (with toilet), and two bedrooms overlooking the courtyard: Two bedrooms overlooking the courtyard with bunk beds + pull-out bed (= 3 beds/bedroom).
A bathroom completes the apartment with a bathtub, two sinks and a toilet. The entrance is composed of a large reception area with a piano and cupboards (washing machine dryer). Separate toilets are also in the entrance. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 1930s building. With two elevators (one to access the first landing and a second).
Located on the Grands Boulevards, at the foot of the Bonne Nouvelle metro station served by lines 8 and 9 and less than 5 minutes walk from lines 4 and 3.
