- a kitchenette
- a small bathroom with a narrow entrance. The sink is accessible to people of small stature. Otherwise, there is the kitchen sink.
- a living room for relaxing after a day's outing.
The following facilities are at your disposal: Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Heating, Coffee machine, Fan, Microwave, Hot water.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment's assets is its location.
It is located :
- close to various restaurants;
- 250 m from metro line 7.
- 1 minute's walk from the Cocci Market for everyday shopping.

Shopping and leisure district, if it is a little less frequented than the Halles, thanks to a more mature and diversified population. The south of the neighbourhood is dynamic and lively, and is the territory of the Grands-Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. The 9th arrondissement also hosts beautiful architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north takes you to Montmartre through the famous Pigalle.
