A quintessential mountain home that’s brimming with amenities for a family or group of friends to enjoy any time of the year, a warm welcome awaits you at Abode at Phoenix House. From the moment you enter the front door you’re greeted by the impressive grand spiral staircase and just beyond that, a beautifully appointed main living area. Plush seating surrounds a towering stone hearth and gas fireplace where you can cozy up and stream your favorite shows & movies on the HDTV or make it a game night with plenty of board & card games on-hand! The living room opens to the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line Viking appliances, a prep island & breakfast bar, and grand feast-worthy dining table. Off the kitchen is one of several balconies, with outdoor lounge furniture and a gas grill. When you’re looking for more room to spread out, just head downstairs to the lower living room with a large HDTV, gas fireplace and game table – or soak your tired muscles after a long day of adventure in your private hot tub on the lower level patio!



When it’s time to turn in for a night of luxurious relaxation, each guest will find plenty of space and privacy in one of the five well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a gas fireplace, TV, plenty of closet space! On the lower level you’ll find the three guest bedrooms. A queen bedroom and a bunk room (twin/twin bunk + twin/queen bunk, and a twin trundle) each have private ensuite bathrooms. Another queen bedroom shares a full bathroom with the lower level, just outside in the hall.

Access to slopes was almost perfect. The description of the house was spot on. My only real suggestion would be adding Keurig coffee maker, as we waiting every morning for the coffee to brew for 6 adults already late for the slopes. It is a minor thing though in the grand scheme. Loved the house, would book it again.

great house and location

the house and location were perfect for our trip. the house was clean and had everything we needed! the only issue we had during our stay was a drainage issue in the upstairs master bath. the sink and the shower didn’t drain properly, but all in all the house was amazing and when we messaged them about the issue they sent the manager right away!

Dream Park City escape!

The perfect Thanksgiving getaway for my husband and I. This house couldn't have been more gorgeous, and the location was outstanding. A short/scenic walk to Main Street, with Park City Mountain right across the street - restaurants, ski lift, bars and shops all within walking distance. The house itself is set for success and the upkeep was beautiful. This home is managed by a luxury property company, and you can tell the difference between this being a true vacation home. The kitchen was well stocked, home was clean, beds and linens were comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor hot tub, fireplaces and snowy mountain views. The management company did a wonderful job of assisting with plans, concierge services - you name it. We were even able to extend our stay an extra day due to how much we enjoyed ourselves. The perfect escape from busy life - we can't wait to return.

Awesome house!!

The house was fantastic and worked well for our family of 11. My only suggestion is to do something about the landscaping in the front of the house. It is dead and overgrown and makes the house look unkept which isn’t true when you walk inside.

Great location & beautiful home but lacking maintenance to be 5 star property

We had a long-awaited family reunion for 10 over Thanksgiving at Phoenix Abode and unfortunately found a number of things not in accordance with the listing description and we encountered multiple problems that required Abode Maintenance Visits 3 out of the 5 days we were there. Problems ranged from Smoke Alarm “beeping” upon check in to Great Room Gas Fireplace only intermittently working and Gas BBQ Grill not working correctly as heat would not exceed 225 degrees, which in turn ruined a special dinner we had planned the last evening of our visit. A HUGE number of TV remotes were found at time of check in but all were unlabeled and most without batteries, and even our “tech savvy” guys could not figure out to to work the TV. Additionally, the JURA Espresso Machine pictured in the home description turned out instead to be a “Mr Coffee” machine on the counter and the dinner plates for the Dinnerware provided were too large to fit in the dishwasher without blocking water wand rotation and so dishes did not clean and rinse properly and came out soiled. Dish towels were old and stained and many had holes. At the end of our stay we ended up writing a letter of complain as this was listed as a luxury home and while it has to potential to be a 5/5 luxury home it did not warrant that rating at the time of our stay. On a positive note, the Abode Maintenance Team was responsive to our calls, were courteous and tried to remedy any and all complaint to the best of their ability. This home is a great location for skiers but it needs some serious efforts to restore it to it’s proper working order and true value.

Nice property but needs some tlc

The property is beautiful and roomy with lots of amenities, storage and well stocked but there are things that need to be repared. The refrigerator door does not close tightly and does not keep things like mike cold enough. The grill on the main level deck is falling apart. We could not get the shower jets in both master bathrooms to work and the property managers wasn't able to get them to work either.

Doors to the hot tub didn’t lock but the house was very clean and stocked with more of everything possible that we needed. It has been the best rental yet. The staff was excellent too!!!
