Great location to the base of the mountain.

Parking is convenient. Condo is on the back side, so no mountain view. Location is great, mountain access is directly across the street. Sonos system didn't work bc it’s not updated. You can’t update it yourself bc it’s password protected so it won’t play at all. The second day the owner offered to come over and update it, although it wasn’t until after we left for the night and were gone the entire next day at Snowbasin. We only stayed 4 nights. Every dish, glass, plate, utensil was DISGUSTING, dirty, stained, etc. We had to rewash everything that we used, prior to using it. Electric kettle looks like someone filled it with milk and it’s caked to the inside, obviously has never been cleaned. Thermostat automatically continues to set itself to 72, even if you turn it down. Although this might be beneficial in cold winter, it’s was mild spring, and we had open all the windows every day to cool down the condo that was intentionally heated up. Woke up sweating every night. Overall the condo was nice, pull out sofa was large, unsure of the additional bed that was in the closet as we weren't sure how to use it. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the memory foam pillows/bed, closet space was nice, table/dining room area was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

Quick access to Park City Mountain

This property was the perfect location for our first family vacation to Park City. It is beautiful and very clean. Easy access to Park City resort. Just head across the parking lot and you are there. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely consider these property owners when we head back to Park City in the future!

Location is wonderful

Great location. Very convenient to Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley. Next to a bus stop that gets you anywhere and everywhere. I would likely stay there again. Absolutely the pull out sofa I’ve ever slept on. Perfect card or puzzle table. Small issues. It’s a long list, but none terrible. It’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. To be fair, I didn’t mention to the host, but I didn’t want strangers coming in and out during our vacation. It should have been done prior to. One issue they couldn’t do anything about and the biggest is that wouldn’t recommend to anyone older or folks with knee issues. Lots of steps and as the tub has a dangerous step. It’s a nice tub, but I almost fell twice and I’m in good shape. My kids couldn’t get in and out without help. Floors were a little dirty from the previous renters. Not a lot of towels, laundry detergent, or toilet paper. No shampoo. We had to wash the dishes and silverware when we got there. The toilet wobbles and needs shimming. Batteries in remote were dead. Most of the issues were handled with a quick trip to the grocery and a little light cleaning. Radiant heating was not great for part of our stay, but it was also zero degrees outside. When it warmed to 20, the heat was fine. I only reached out to the host to ask 1 question, but they quickly responded. Overall, I call it a solid 4.6. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This property is located across the street from the ski area and was a perfect location. The home is well appointed and perfect for skiing vacations. Plenty of extras in the property and the heated garage was a big plus!

Really cool place

We loved our stay in Park City at this property. It is decorated so nicely. We were very comfortable. The location was perfect. The response was spot on when we had questions. We would rent again. The only suggestion we have is that there weren’t any wine glasses or cocktail glasses and the drinking glasses were coated with a strange soap film from the dishwasher. We would suggest a set of new glassware to make the visit perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was very clean, comfortable bed and bedding and was just as photos presented. Perfect for a couple. Appreciated the portable AC as it was warmer than normal. Location is near all the activity in downtown! Would stay again!

This is a very modern updated property. Bed is super comfortable, kitchen updated, nice patio for dinner. Had a problem with the frig, but Luke and his team went above and beyond to resolve. Bus system is great and easy way to get around. Would stay here again.

The apartment was perfectly located, came with a ski locker at the base of slopes, and was clean and comfortable and had lots of space for our family of 5 to spread out during our stay. The location is close enough to walk into town or take the shuttle from the space, and very near the base of the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Th condo was lovely. We skied at Deer Valley and found the bus stop to be very convenient.

We have only one suggestion, and this is not meant to be a criticism of the housekeepers. I found many of the dishes and most of the silverware to be dirty. I think that this is because people put the dishes/silverware in the dishwasher without rinsing them. We have Kitchen Aid dishwashers in both of our homes. If we don't rinse them thoroughly or run the dishwasher immediately, the items do not come out clean. Other than that, we found the condo to be lovely in every respect. It was beautifully appointed, and the bed was very comfortable.

Incredible stay!

This condo is in an absolutely perfect location in Park City! You can walk to EVERYTHING. Take a hike, go to the grocery store, rent bikes, yoga, Main Street. And, it is super easy to get around with the free buses. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful. Newly renovated and sparkling clean. The shower is amazing, great walk-in closet to hang clothes. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The decor is classy and tastefully done. There is a cute little deck to have coffee and view the mountains and there is also a lovely seating area flooded with light to hang out or have a meal. It has a great kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer which was super convenient. There is also a garage parking spot. I didn't want to leave. It was a little slice of Park City heaven. I will definitely be back! p.s. if you get a chance, the ebikes are super fun and there is a great bike path close by.

Great stay! Great location!

The unit looks to have been remodeled recently and it was gorgeous. Very nice furniture and amenities. Full washer/ dryer in the unit which was great. Great location- 10 min walk to Main Street with shopping and dining. Easy car ride or bus ride to grocery stores, other restaurants. Easy access to Park City Mountain if you are skiing or going up the lifts. The bed was comfortable and there was great seating throughout the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed to cook. The view from the patio is very nice. The unit looks out onto a side street, but you do get a slight view of Park City Mountain which is very nice. The table and chairs on the patio are nice to use to have breakfast or dinner outside and enjoy the nice weather. There are some string lights on the patio which was a nice touch. There are units above, below and to the side of this unit. We definitely heard a lot of footsteps above us during the day when we were there. Not much can be done because it is a complex with other units. It was very nice to have the 1 parking spot in the garage. There is heat in the unit, but didn’t appear to have AC. You can open up many of the windows and the door to the patio to get fresh air in. There are 2 fans available for use if needed. Overall, we had a great experience and so glad we stayed here. We will be back again! 

Great location for main Park City access & ski school and not far from Main Street.

Property was great and had all the necessary accommodations when we needed to stay in and relax. Comfort level was high with nice beds, big bath/shower, views of the mountain, plenty of different seating areas, and good amenities/electronics. Nice touch to have a mattress already prepared in the living room for my daughter immediately upon arrival. Only drawback is the noise from the other condos above and beside you — walls are not insulated well. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend it and consider coming back there. Kenneth

Gorgeous, convenient & well stocked condo!!!

Matthew went above and beyond providing a pac & play & high chair. The condo is gorgeous & right accoss the street from park city ski lifts. Kitchen was stocked with everything you possibly could need. Bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the fireplace. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here!!!

Great location, fabulous property

This property has been recently renovated and as first guests, we were pleasantly surprised for not having any "surprises". The manager's description leaves little to add and is very accurate. The pictures sometimes are showing properties in brighter "colors" than in reality, but in this case, they are a true depiction of the unit. And there are details that are even better than the pictures can show. First, about the unit itself: starting with the renovation, the owner didn't spare any expenses in making this a one-of-a-kind unit. The attention to details is amazing, and the furnishings are all "designer" level. Brand new high-end kitchen appliances, a Sonos sound system with two Play boxes and a Playbar (download the Sonos app for full control, Spotify included), floor heating so your toes will stay warm, high-end bedding sheets and soft, medium and firm pillows for your liking. The on-suite bathroom has quality towels and don't forget to check the bathrobes! The two TV's come with the usual cable channels, but also include HBO and Showtime. An individual ATT hotspot provides 4G Internet speeds, more than enough for all your vacation Internet connectivity needs. Location wise, from a skier's perspective, the PCMR is a short 5 min walk across the main parking lot. Many of the rental shops around the base area offer free overnight storing for your equipment, so no need to carry skis and/or boots. Just use your favorite sneakers/snow boots and leave them at the rental shop during the day. There are two bus stations in short walking distance, and with the free bus system, you can get to Main St. in 10 min. or to Deer Valley in 15 min. No need for a rental car. The building has 4 similar units, this unit being located at the NE corner, on 14th street. This is preferred since the Empire St. is rather busy with traffic during the day and even in the evenings. Apparently nobody was staying in the units above or below us, so we didn't have any issues with neighbor noise in the mornings and evenings. Finally, no review is complete without a word about the property management. Park City Host, a young local Mgmt. company, is beyond any expectations! From the "Welcome" bottle of fine wine, to the 24h availability (Matthew answered our call while singing in his church's choir on a Sunday! Sorry, Matthew!), we've never experienced such attention in more then 20 years of renting units in different locations. We would definitely book this unit again.
