Unveiled in 2023, Argent is the crown jewel of Deer Valley's Empire Pass. Just 50ft from the Silver Strike ski lift, our ultra-luxury condo offers an unrivaled alpine experience. Bask in lavish lodge amenities, including an outdoor spa pool, expansive fitness center, ski valet, and an enticing aprĂšs-ski. Begin your day with a pre-ski breakfast, enjoy rounds at our two-lane bowling alley, or unwind by the outdoor fire pit. In the summer, walk out to breathtaking hiking and biking escapades.

Superior accommodations, amenities, and ski experience or spring/summer/fall hiking/biking experience at Deer Valley in Empire Pass. In the winter, you'll beat the crowds on a powder day as most people are getting on the mountain at Snow Park or Silver Lake. You usually don't have any issue with early or late-season skiing, as the snow is so good up this high.

** Coming June 2026 - a custom, built-in bunk room! Our second bedroom will now have a king bed below and two twins above. This will be a fully custom walnut bunk bed with integrated USB power, LED lighting, a larger flatscreen TV, and more! Awesome if all adults are traveling, but now even better if families are traveling with children. We'll sleep 8-10 people, up from 6-8. **

This BRAND NEW (2023 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access (via the Silver Strike Express chairlift) to the world-renowned Deer Valley resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and a Ski Magazine's top-ranked ski resort in North America. Access is via the Silver Buck ski run, rated a beginner (green) trail, so any skiing ability will get you home!

Argent is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium residences in Deer Valley. Construction finished in early 2023, and our condo is regarded as one of the building's most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos. Our over 2,000-square-foot condo includes three bedrooms (all with king-size beds) and all with full ensuite baths.

The appointments in the bedroom suites:

Master bedroom -- King-size bed with pillow-top mattress. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming. Amazon Echo Show. Huge walk-in closet. Automated privacy and room-darkening shades. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, T3 ionic blow dryer, backlit makeup mirror, and heated floor.

Second Bedroom -- King-size bed with pillow-top mattresses. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming and Hulu live TV. Amazon Echo Show and automated privacy shades. Ensuite full bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and T3 ionic blow dryer.

Also, the living room has a pull-out sofa (queen-size with dense memory foam mattress) that sleeps 2.

100% of our condo's energy is from wind and solar power via the Rocky Mountain Power BlueSky Renewable energy program.

The Argent is a great addition to Empire Pass. Our kids really loved the downstairs bowling alley and game room and the condo could not have been more comfortable and accommodating for our family of five. Everything Steve describes about his condo is accurate and better in person. Luxurious amenities, ski in ski out ( next to the lift), gears assisted by dedicated valet, complimentary snacks n drinks. Basement entertainment area with bowling alley. Top level sky box is my favorite spot to relax. Inside the condo - high end furnishings/ decor, clean & comfortable, and so welled stocked. You don’t need to bring anything. View of the lift from the family room n bedrooms is perfect. Host support- warm and quick to help with anything.Would love to return!

I have stayed in Deer Valley for the last 11 ski seasons. This condo is by far my favorite. The location was great. Ski in/ski out access can’t be beat. Fabulous condo and amenities

What started as a summer vacation turned into a destination of healing after our 26 year old had a last min knee surgery. The condo provided everything we needed to heal including a shower chair which was a wonderful find!! We had visitors and many meals at the condo and found the condo had everything we needed. Our 23 year old loved all the selections of glasses 😆. The games were well stocked and even the first aid kit came to use after I clumsily cut my finger. The location was perfect for beautiful hikes and the hot tub provided much needed relaxation after some long days We were even able to enjoy the bowling alley, gym, and even the building social hour! Not only did we love the 3 bedroom condo but the host was helpful and quick to answer our many questions. The only negative is the road construction they’re doing from the condo to Main Street but as long as you give yourself a few extra moments it’s no biggie. It should be done by winter. We loved this location, loved how updated and beautiful the condo was and will return one day.

Steve is an incredible host that understands 5 star service. We have been traveling to Deer Valley for 15+ years. I don’t leave many reviews - Top notch well stocked perfect location. Building management (Susan), outstanding!!!

Beyond expectations

Cannot say enough about this condo. Perfect location, every amenity, and a kitchen that is better equipped than my own! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Had a maintenance issue and I had barely finished texting the property manager before several people showed up to take care of it. Steve was very hands on and went out of his way to ensure an optimal experience. We have stayed in several different condos in Deer Valley and we unanimously agreed that this is the best by far. We’ll be back!
