Awesome spot n Park City!

Excellent location and amenities here! Steps to Main Street shops and restaurants, and you can take the steps up to the slopes or walk down to the bus to get to the base or PC or DV.. A car is nice to have but you don’t really need it. This place is awesome and sleeps two families easily! Enjoy!

My group enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of bedding for a large group. Location is just above the heart of Main Street so convenient to restaurants, shops, etc. The new hot tub was great also.

Location, Location, Communication!

Our host was amazing! The home was as described, right in town, easy to get to everything, including the mountain. The host was super accommodating and responsive. It had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed our stay, even getting to know the neighbor (it is a shared driveway, and the massive snowstorm made it so we had to communicate with them). Would highly reccomend!

We came here and were absolutely blown away by the property. Everything seemed brand new, there was plenty of space, the location was unbeatable, and the hose was very responsive. If we ever come back, we'll look to stay here.

Great location right above main street

The location to access main street was incredible. One flight of stairs down and boom you’re there. The stairs are maybe past one home above where we stayed. We loved the access. Quittin time was up a few flights and my Florida lungs enjoyed the warm up but that was easy as well. The main bus stop terminal is a nice 5 minute walk down main street. The host and management company were very responsive and we enjoyed many nights in the common area.

Great Ski In Ski Out

Overall our group had a great experience. The house has a great vibe. The kitchen is very well stocked and has many non-perishable donations from previous groups. There is a trail off “Quit-in Time” that will drop you off at the stairs a block UP the street from the house! There were orange markers on the slope down, and a bridge right before the trail off to the street. Make sure you find it! It is very nice to not have to walk uphill back to the house after a long day! Make sure you find that path! The management company was very responsive and quick to act. We asked for a shovel and salt for the driveway because we were getting a good amount of snow during our stay and they provided these quickly. We had to request the hot tub be serviced as it was smelling and not maintaining temperature. It was serviced the very next day in which it was cleaned and started back up. It took a while to heat back up after being serviced. This resulted in a loss of a few nights of hot tub time which was a big bummer. The hot tub is a big attraction for our group after a long day on the slopes. I would recommend if you’re staying for a while, you check the hot tub the first day and make sure it looks cleaned and like it was serviced recently so that your access is not disrupted. Other good things to note, there are 6 floors. Lots of flights of stairs. All full baths are located in rooms. A half bath upstairs in the kitchen common area. During the night, people staying in the bunk beds will only have comfortable access to the half bath. The house is very close to town and walkable to many businesses and restaurants. The proximity to everything made our stay really nice and we would consider staying again!

Great location within walking distance to skiing as well as restaurants and bars. We opted not to get rental cars, which was the right choice. We had a party of 10, and while not spacious, it was just big enough to serve our needs. Would stay there again.

Amazing location and house!

This house was incredible. Very spacious for our group and plenty of sleep & hangout space. Amazing and well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to all of town (restaurants, bars, etc.) and to the ski rental and town lift. Did not need to rent a car at all and walked to skiing, food, everything we needed. Will 100% stay here again.

Great house, perfect location!

This house was perfect for our family ski trip. The location is excellent for getting down to town for dinner, shopping and a short easy walk to the transit center and town lift. The house is big with lots of room for our multi generational family to all have the space they needed.. The kitchen is well equipped and loved the newer high end appliances. Off street parking for 2 vehicles is a huge plus on the tight village streets! The owner was was responsive and great to work with. We'll defiantly be back!

Location!

We stayed here for a month in August/September. First, the location is perfect! Only a 2 minute walk to tons of restaurants, stores, galleries, and best of all Park Silly. The house is super comfortable-plenty of of space and great beds. My husband worked in the downstairs bedroom every day on conference calls and Zoom meetings and had good wifi. There are lots of stairs, but you will be walking lots in Park City anyway. We loved being so close to bars, restaurants, and lots of hikes. Would recommend this house!

The house has a fantastic location. We went late in the season (last ski week in Park City), and unfortunately the town lift was closed. But parking at the resort was a non-issue. The owner was wonderfully gracious correcting an issue we had at arrival and went above and beyond. Thanks Margaret.

Amazing house

We loved this rental. 5 stars. Best parts: laundry detergent and kitchen stuff included, great bedding and pillows, proximity to Main Street, pretty candles and lighters in each bedroom, shower supplies, plenty of space. They is a small hike that you will read about to ski. Downhill to town lift and you can ski in to a run that has stairs to walk down to the house. Still very convenient. And there’s good free bus service to park city mountain village and canyon village and a free trolley around the main st areas. Amazing vacation…rent this place!!
