Luxury ski condo: 150 Yds to Lifts 100 Yds to SKi School @ Deer Valley!

Remodel in 2018 of this Powder Run "A" Building Condo (closest of the three buildings to the ski lift). All new wood floors and new bedroom carpets. Kitchen and one master bathroom fully gutted and replaced with all new cabinets, granite countertops and appliances. New furniture added throughout. After a day of skiing relax in the hot tub on your oversized porch with views of the Success and Big Stick ski runs at lower Deer Valley. We have used our experience and your feedback to create a warm inviting retreat and year round destination ideal for families with children and couples. Our Condo is professionally cleaned by our Property Manager's Maid service before your arrival. Our goal is to make you repeat Guests for years to come!
Walk out our Powder Run A Building door and you're just a 1 minute walk to the ski lifts, ski school and ski rentals. Deer Valley Resort has been voted the #1 Ski Resort in North America six times by Ski Magazine. It's known for its unparalleled amenities and flawlessly groomed runs. It hosts the World Cup Freestyle Championships and famed summer concert series performed under the stars. In 2002 it was one of the venues for the Winter Olympics. Whether you're a beginner or expert skier Deer Valley has something for everyone!
The St. Regis Hotel is our next door neighbor - take it's funicular to the top for apres ski drinks or dinner. A free bus service is available just outside our door and in front of the Snow Park (Day) Lodge. It will take you anywhere inside Park City including Main Street in Old Town (only 5 minutes away) where many of the best restaurants and shops are located. The Town Lift is only 6 minutes away and it will take you to the Park City Mountain Resort for snowboarding and skiing. We never rent a car during our winter visits due to our superior location and easy accessibility to skiing and restaurants. Hence we use either Uber or a Van service to travel to and from the SLC airport to our Condo.
If you have children then we are the perfect location for you. The Deer Valley Children's Center has it's own designated entryway as part of the Snow Park Lodge. It offers supervision and activities for ages 2 months to 12 years old from 8:30 AM to their 4:30 PM pick up time. They offer everything from day care to ski school. It's a state licensed facility. The Children's Center is only a 1 minute walk from our Building.

Charles was very responsive and helped us as we arrived a bit early and wanted to store our bags so we could go to the store. The co do was great as well, super close to the mountain and beautiful views of some of the runs. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well as had some staples and spices for use which was most appreciated.

Excellent Location, some updates required.

Location is fantastic - just a hop away from Snow Park Lodge. Management was very responsive and check in was easy. Bathrooms and kitchen were more updated than many DV properties. However, the condo needs some updates to be a 5 star experience. The shades in the rooms are not blackout (something you can’t tell from the pictures) and the living room furniture sofas need replacing. The seat support in both has collapsed so it’s hard to sit in upright without feeling like you will roll off. New living room furniture plus some linen upgrades would vastly improve the comfort of the condo.

Great Stay in Park City

We had an incredible stay at this property in Park City/Deer Valley. One of the best locations in Park City right at the base of Snow Park Lodge, making it incredibly convenient for anyone in the group with ski rentals, first tracks, and exploring the area. The space was perfect for our group of four, offering plenty of room to relax after a day of skiing. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and Charles was a fantastic host— extremely responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Deer Valley and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place.

Powder and a proactive and generous host

Great location and fantastic owner. His early warning to book kids ski school... in October, was spot on and saved us. Always communicated and when we had an issue with the hot tub, got right on it and went out of his way to make it right.If we go back with just our family again we'll return here again.

Incredible location, Great Host!

Our family just returned from an awesome trip to Deer Valley. We really enjoyed the condo! It was clean and cozy and steps from Snow Park lodge. The location truly cannot be beat!Kids loved the bunk beds and we loved the fireplace and cozy decor! The kitchen was great. We were able to cook daily, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more!The host was incredibly responsive!

This was the third year we stayed at this property. It's convenient, clean and cozy. Everything we need. There was a slight issue with the internet the first two days, and the property manager and owner were very attentive. Five stars. Can't wait to come back.

Awesome location!

The location of this condo is awesome! You are only a few feet away from the children’s center. Super easy to ski the morning and then walk back for lunch or a nap before going out in the afternoon. Property is beautiful and very well equipped. Would highly recommend and hope we get to go back.

Extremely Attentive & Very Spacious

We had an incredible time at this property! The location is fantastic with beautiful views, and the spacious kitchen with a large fridge was perfect for our stay. The property was spotlessly clean, and everything worked perfectly. The host went above and beyond—he reached out right after booking, provided detailed instructions, restaurant recommendations, and checked in to see if we needed anything. He was always available for questions, which made us feel well taken care of. Check-in was smooth, and having a private garage for parking was a huge convenience, especially when unloading our things. While the main couch could use new cushions at some point (slopes in the middle), it was still perfectly functional. The hot tub was hot and clean, though a bit of rocky dirt on the seats could use some extra attention—nothing that impacted our enjoyment. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot with young skiers

Can’t beat the proximity to the ski school- we utilized the ski barn and free boot check at Snow Park Lodge which made it super easy to get young skiers to their lessons. My only complaint is that the beds were not super comfortable - but all in all- I would 100% stay here again!
