Q: Is the property ski-in/ski-out?

A: No, however, a shuttle service to the mountain is available for your convenience. Please inquire about shuttle options with your local host.



Q: How far is the property from silverlake?

A: The complimentary Lookout shuttle service is about a five-minute drive to Upper Deer Valley/Silver Lake. Alternatively, it’s approximately a 10–15 minute walk to Silver Lake.



Q: Is there an elevator in the property?

A: Yes, we have an elevator reserved for handicap accessibility only. This decision is due to safety concerns regarding children playing and potentially getting stuck in them.



Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $10,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is only available for stays less than 30 nights.
