We’re delighted to welcome you to this amazing 1 bedroom Suite located in the Grand Hyatt at Deer Valley East Village. During an exciting time of growth and expansion the resort is adding new ski terrain along with a vibrant new village experience. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is open and fully operational, with no construction taking place on the property. Please note that you may notice development activity in the surrounding village area as continued expansion occurs. I am here to coordinate and help ensure your visit remains as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Whether for family vacations, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends, the private Residence located in the Grand Hyatt provides an unparalleled mountain retreat at the new Deer Valley East Village boasts an amazing experience with private management. We have venders that will bring groceries, ski rentals, in home massages, transportation, and private chef services, they're locals themselves and ready to enhance your stay. Your dedicated property manager is available to assist in any needs you may have.

BEDROOMS:
Our suite comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, featuring three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite and junior primary suite boast king-size beds and the third bedroom is equipped with two full beds.
Full size washer and dryer - laundry soap (for sensitive skin) is provided


**The Grand Hyatt charges a daily resort fee which is paid directly to the hotel. They will hold a cc on file for these charges and will bill you directly for the "Resort Fee." of $20 per night.

The three new lifts open for the 2024-2025 season at Deer Valley East Village are:
Keetley Express
Deer Valley's first six-pack bubble chairlift, which connects skiers to the Sultan Express chairlift on Bald Mountain
Hoodoo Express
A high-speed quad designed for beginners that creates a second bunny hill near the Snow Park base
Aurora
A fixed-grip quad that provides a convenient exit route back to East Village from several remote trails
Other new features for the 2024-2025 season include: 500 parking spaces at East Village, A temporary skier services facility, and A new Grand Hyatt hotel.
Expanded Terrain - Deer Valley | Expanded Excellence
Deer Valley's Expanded Excellence expansion will continue into the 2025-2026 season, with six more new lifts, including a 10-passenger gondola. The expansion will increase the resort's size to 5,726 acres, making it the fourth-largest ski resort in North America.

Please note this property is privately managed and not part of the Hyatt rental program. Any in room requests should be directed to property manager and the information will be located in the Residence.

A check in text is sent the day before with access information in addition to information located on the contract. You will check in at the front desk in the lobby to obtain your key. You are required to provide a credit card and valid form of ID. Your cc on file will give you access to the hotel amenities and will also be charged the $20 per day resort fee.

This property is located on property at the new Deer Valley East Village. There is a shuttle that takes you to the lift. This is a Grand Hyatt hotel, however the A daily Resort fee of $20.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience.
