Here are important information from Hilton Grand Vacation:
• Late Arrival/No-Show Policy: All late arrivals must contact the resort front desk if anticipated arrival time will be later than midnight to avoid cancellation. Arrivals after midnight (resort local time) on the designated check-in date will be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation without advance
notice.
• WI-FI UPGRADE: To enhance your stay experience, the resort's Wi-Fi network will be upgraded from April 3 to May 1, 2026. During this time, Guests may experience brief service interruptions, and limited access to occupied Guest rooms may be required for hardware installation and testing.
• We are currently in the process of upgrading select air conditioning units. As a result, some suites may be without air conditioning. Due to Park City's temperate summer season, it is our hope any impact to Guests is minimal. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
• All guests will be subject to a $25 per day Valet parking fee. Please note the garage is unable to accommodate vehicles taller than 7'6".
