This delightful 2BR/2.5BA townhouse is just minutes from Deer Valley Resort. Enjoy a picture-perfect lakeside setting near the region’s premier ski and summer destinations. Just steps away from the bus route to other resorts and downtown Park City.

For a relaxing evening at home, grill dinner beside the water on the barbeque, then stroll around Deer Lake on the paved path. Later relax in your private indoor hot tub.

ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE

Grab a book and get cozy beside the wood-burning fireplace in the living area. There’s a sofa and comfy armchair to curl up on, and a 32” flat screen TV with DVD player. Or step out to your private patio overlooking glittering Deer Lake to enjoy the fresh alpine air.

The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of appliances, as well as handy extras including a knife set, coffeemaker and blender. Chat with the chef at the kitchen bar with seating for four, and gather for meals at the glass-top dining table set for four.

After a day on the slopes or local hiking trails, enjoy a soothing soak in your private indoor hot tub with views of the lake.

The house sleeps six guests between the sleeper sofa and two bedrooms that are located on the second floor.

The sunny master bedroom has a queen bed with crisp white linens, a 32” flat screen TV, closet, and a private balcony with seating for two. Enjoy extra privacy with your own en-suite bath, featuring a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is ideal for kids with two twin beds to snuggle up in. This room also comes with a 32” flat screen TV, storage closet, and a window seat.

The upstairs guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, while a convenient half bath is located on the entry level.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for three vehicles (one space in the garage, and two driveway spaces).

Please note this home does not have A/C, although rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at this lofty location (elevation 6,900 feet).

THE LOCATION

Park City is one of America’s most-loved mountain playgrounds—and this townhouse is perfectly positioned for enjoying the best of it. Drive just a few minutes to the slopes at Deer Valley Resort, or 8 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort.

In the warmer months, travel 30 minutes to Wasatch Mountain State Park for hiking and horseback rides. Or drive less than 10 minutes to hit the manicured fairways of Park City Golf Course.

Ready to check out Park City’s legendary dining scene? Downtown is only a 5-minute drive (or shuttle ride) away and is brimming with options ranging from casual farm-to-table to high-end gourmet establishments.

Book a table at Wahso and sample Asian classics with a French twist, enjoy upscale dining at Prime Steak House & Piano Bar, or go for wood-fired steaks and seafood at Firewood.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
