This condo has been meticulously maintained for your enjoyment. The guest bedroom offers the unique option of two twin beds or a king bed-you decide. Indulge yourself with direct ski-in, ski-out access and upscale finishes and amenities for even the most discerning guest. The residence features reclaimed wood flooring, a gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances including built in wine cooler, a generously sized great room with native stone fireplace and private balcony. Arrowleaf guest have access to a cozy Hearth Room for family gatherings, playing pool, shuffle board and enjoying a drink by the fireplace or watching sports on the big screen TV. Enjoy the convenience of a private ski locker with boot dryers, slope-side hot tubs, an outdoor fire pit, gas barbecues, heated underground parking and a private shuttle service to get you around town .

Amazing place and great host. We received clear instructions on access, parking, and ski storage and didn’t have to do much when we checked out. The host told us they “would take care of everything,” which is so nice. The location is as good as you can find anywhere, and is literally a few steps to the nearest run. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the amenities inside the condo (large kitchen, multiple bathrooms, fireplace, etc.) We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anybody who wants to ski at Deer Valley.

Amazing Location !

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, and the ski-in/ski-out access is excellent. The ski lift right in front of the condo is never crowded, which made getting on the slopes a breeze. The ski closet is very convenient, and the complimentary bus transportation was a huge plus—we used it often to go out for dinner in Park City. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Ski-In Ski-Out Location

Condo was large, well equipped, and well maintained. We had a quick trip with 2 days of skiing, and the slope-side location allowed us to maximize our skiing time. Building had nice amenities, including ski locker room steps from the slope and Silver Strike Express lift. It was easy to pop in for lunch and to warm up, which was awesome. Host was also very helpful. Highly recommend!

Upper Deer Valley gem in the perfect location!

We can’t say enough about this beautiful condo and Dave, the owner who is always responsive to anything we need or questions we may have. We have been traveling to Park City and staying in Deer Valley since 2010. We have stayed in several different places and this condo in Empire Village is hands down our favorite place. We found it over three years ago and have never considered staying anywhere else since then. It’s always in pristine condition upon check in, has everything we could possibly need for our family of four, in the perfect location on the first floor, easy ski in ski out location with access to the non-busy Silver Strike lift, amazing views of Park City and Deer Valley, minutes from Silver Lake and Main Street, and a super convenient, complimentary shuttle service. We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to do it all over again next year!

Many places in Deer Valley claim to be ski in ski out, but buyer beware....do your research. This gem is a true ski-in ski-out right above a lift. The unit has a Starbuck's coffee machine a few steps from the front door, for any coffee or hot chocolate you can imagine. And you can enjoy that coffee by the fire, looking out on the most beautiful view Deer Valley has to offer. This condo has everything you need to cook, we cooked breakfast and a few dinners. It was also wonderful to have the ski locker and a heated garage. The beds are very comfortable. We cannot wait to return.

Nice Feb ski trip

Great location for easy access to the slopes. Very clean property though a bit dated. The use of the Empire transportation was great and helpful with the snow conditions. The management was very accessible for the few things we needed. Only thing to note is if you are tall - the 2nd bedroom that they say can be 2 twins or a King is really just 2 twins pushed together for the King- did not have the length that was needed for tall daughter

Perfect Ski Condo

This is a true ski-in/ski-out condo. Right outside the ski locker room is a wide green run that leads you down to a high-speed quad. The condo is spacious and clean with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, spacious shower and good water pressure (this is very important for us). The owner provided humidifiers in both bedrooms, which is thoughtful and very important in winter. Our family have skied for many years, and this is hands down the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. Make sure you have an ADW/4WD car if you come in winter.

Great Condo/Great Views

We had another amazing stay in this awesome condo during our annual family vacation to Deer Valley! The condo is located directly off the Silver Strike lift, providing ski-in/ski-out access (onsite locker included) to one of the most conveniently located lifts mid-mountain. The condo itself comes with high-end finishes throughout, is impeccably clean, offers great views, and is spacious enough to accommodate our family of four with no issues. It also includes access to a community area complete with pool and shuffleboard tables, a large fireplace, and an automatic specialty coffee and expresso machine for guests. The “cherry on top” may be the access to complimentary shuttle service between 7am and midnight on a daily basis, via the easy to use Empire Pass APP. We had the pleasure of meeting Dave (unit owner) this year and walked away incredibly impressed by his professionalism and humility. Can’t wait for next year!

We love this condo. Convenience of underground parking right beside elevator and unit is one floor up and 10 steps right. True ski in/ski out in my fav ski area of DV. 4 lifts converge so you can spend the whole day without the crowds or worrying about getting home. I stopped in for a water the unit/ski lockers are so close to slopes.

Great stay at Arrowleaf!

My family and I stayed in this unit on our recent ski trip to Deer Valley. The condo was immaculate, the owner and manager easily available if needed, and the condo grounds were extremely well maintained! It was very convenient to have a ski in and ski out option as well as the ski lockers to store our ski gear! The base of the mountain condos could be better for brand new skiers since ski school is at the base, however, the base is certainly more crowded. The shuttle system runs very smoothly and it was easy to get anywhere we needed to go fairly quickly. We would stay in this unit again for sure if or when we return!

Perfect for a family

This is a great property; close proximity to slopes, free shuttle to get around, enough space for our family of four. I’d have to look but I think the listed check out time on Vrbo was 11am but it’s actually 10am. That was the only surprise and the property manager accommodated our timing.
