This tri-level residence sprawls over 3,515 square feet and provides spacious accommodations for you and your guests. This residence offers its guests luxury lodging in a mountain retreat boasting extraordinary amenities, including a private hot tub, boot warmers and a shuffleboard table.



The local free shuttle stop is less than 100 yards from the door. The shuttle will take you to both Park City and Deer Valley.



The main gathering space is warm and inviting with cozy leather sofas surrounding a custom stone fireplace and a large 75’ HDTV. Beyond the great room, there is a kitchen and dining room with a beautiful gas fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen is made for entertaining and offers high-end appliances and a spacious breakfast bar. The main level of the residence is a large and light-filled great room with vaulted ceilings and an open plan allowing the kitchen, living & dining areas to feast on the mountain views. The master suite comes with a cozy king-size bed, office nook and sitting area, and a jetted tub; this will be your retreat when you need to relax and unwind. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, custom linens and signature bedding.

The free Park City bus is a 2 minute walk and it can take you and your guests to all three of Park City Mountain Resorts. Main Street is about a 7 minute walk and you`ll find a great selection of restaurants, shopping, and museums.
