Surrounded by large fir and aspen trees in the front, and scrub oak in the back, Wisteria Lodge is an upscale but cozy home. Decorated with antique Asian art and furniture, it has 5 bedrooms (each with their own bathrooms and closet space), 3 fireplaces, a deck and grill, a library, 6 flat screen TVs, wireless speaker systems that run throughout the house, and garage parking.
The house is less than five minutes driving from either Park City Main Street or the Deer Valley ski resort. If you do not plan on having a car, or do not want to deal with the parking in town, there is a free shuttle service to Deer Valley that can be called via a free app, or you can walk or easily park at the bottom of the hill where there is a bus at that runs to Deer Valley and Main Street. That is also free and only takes a few minutes.
On the main floor, the main room overlooks Deer Valley, with 3-story tall windows, a vaulted ceiling and a stone fireplace. It is connected to a guest bathroom, the entryway and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with ovens, dish washer, microwave, coffee machines, refrigerator/freezer and a kitchen island stove. It also has a dining table with seats for 4. The kitchen is connected to a laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as to the dining area and living room. The dining area looks over the back yard and has seats for 10 around a river table under an elk-antler chandler. The living area has another stone fireplace and 75-inch TV, and is decorated with leather furniture and an antique gold-leaf Japanese screen. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room out onto the deck where there is patio seating, a herb garden and a gas grill.
On the ground floor, the garage has indoor parking for two cars (additional vehicles may be parked outdoors on the driveway running up to the house from the road) and station for storing skis and warming ski boots. Inside, there is a mud room for shoes, a library with gym equipment and a guest bedroom for two.
The master bedroom is on its own floor, and has its own gas fireplace, large bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi, as well as a porch that looks out over the valley. On the floor above it are three more guest bedrooms, each decorated in a unique Asian style. One has two double beds, another has two twin beds, and the last has a queen. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Guests have access to all the facilities of the house, which include the Wi-Fi network, TVs and cable services, a stocked kitchen, fireplaces, laundry machines, private closet space, an outdoor grill, and free indoor or outdoor parking. Guests will not have access to storage rooms, which are locked.
