Welcome to your luxurious retreat on Long Lake in Park Rapids, MN. Nestled amidst serene natural beauty, this expansive 6200 sq ft rental home offers unparalleled comfort and stunning views throughout.



As you enter, you are greeted by a spacious kitchen adorned with modern appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. Adjacent is the inviting dining area, ideal for gatherings and meals with a view of the lake. The large living room features a magnificent wall of windows that showcase panoramic vistas of Long Lake, complemented by a beautiful fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance.



Step outside onto the expansive back deck where relaxation awaits in the bubbling hot tub or gather around the grill and ample seating for al fresco dining and socializing. The outdoor space extends to the lakefront beach area, complete with additional seating and a fire pit where you can unwind under the starry night sky (Firewood conveniently available for sale on-site - See below for details!).



One of the home’s unique features is the private indoor basketball court. Perfect for casual games or solo practice, rain or shine! Guests will also have access to a selection of outdoor and water equipment/toys, offering more ways to enjoy the natural surroundings.



The master bedroom on the main level is a sanctuary of its own with a lavish King bed, a spacious bathroom featuring a large bathtub and stand-up shower, and ample closet space. A convenient office area and half-bathroom nearby offer additional practicality and comfort.



The basement level provides another expansive bedroom with a King bed and a pull-out couch, alongside a second living room that doubles as an entertainment haven with games for all ages. A bathroom with tub/shower completes this level, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and unwind.



Ascending to the second story, you'll find more luxurious accommodations. The first bedroom features a King bed and a twin daybed, along with a full attached bathroom. Another large bedroom offers two twin bunk beds, perfect for children or additional guests. A third bedroom features a King bed and a sofa, with another bathroom nearby, providing ultimate convenience and privacy.



Throughout the home, each bedroom boasts generous closet space, ensuring ample room for storage and organization.

Firewood - Bundles can be purchased on site for the fireplace or the fire pit outside for $8 per bundle or $6 per bundle when pre-ordered. For purchase on-site, guests can leave cash in the red drop-box in the garage or please reach out for debit/credit card processing.



PONTOON RENTAL



We also offer a pontoon for guests to rent on-site from the 3rd weekend in May to the 2nd Weekend of October. The pontoon is capable of pulling tubers and also features AM/FM Radio, plenty of storage and a nice shade canopy so you can comfortably enjoy everything Long Lake has to offer during your stay!

-$500 damage deposit per pontoon rental.

- The first full tank of fuel is provided. Each refueling at the home thereafter will be charged to the guest ($75 at-home refueling service fee + $6.50/gallon)

- 91 Octane Fuel ONLY! Lower grade fuel cannot be used in the Pontoon. A penalty charge of $250 will apply if this rule is violated.

- Lifejackets are provided onboard the pontoon.



****$75 at-home refueling service fee will be waived if guests sail the pontoon over our sister property, Timberlane Resort on Long Lake, for refueling. Please reach out to management to arrange a refueling time! ****

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, garage and general outdoor areas of the home.



Three closet/storage spaces have been locked for the use of our maintenance/cleaning staff only.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are not permitted at the house in order to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Guests in violation of this policy will be subject to penalties including a $500 fine and termination of current and future reservations without refund.



ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome throughout the home.



We request that guests with service animals inform our reservations team at the time of booking, so we can ensure the most comfortable accommodation for you and your service animal.



For the purpose of this policy, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA guidelines and are therefore not allowed within the home.
