Inside Casa Costa Oro, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed studio perfect for two. Located on the first floor, the space welcomes you with a cozy seating area and a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet meal. To one side, there’s a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, while on the other, the bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a dedicated desk space—perfect for remote work or planning your island adventures. A window above the desk offers a lovely sea view, bringing a touch of the Aegean indoors.

Exterior
Step outside to your private balcony, where you can soak in uninterrupted views of the sea and the surrounding fields. The outdoor space features a comfortable seating area with a table and two chairs, perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying a sunset drink. Two sun loungers invite you to relax under the warm Paros sun, making Casa Costa Oro the ideal spot to unwind in total tranquility.

Important Notes:
We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the property or its surrounding verandas:
- Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
- Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM

Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied. Also a sustainability tax is due in cash upon arrival.

Refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials, We expect you to respect the property accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.

A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
