Hilltop House with Vineyard, Infinity Pool, and Panoramic Views

Treat yourself to luxury in Paso Robles at the Hilltop House situated on our vineyard estate overlooking the McPrice Myers winery. The view is breathtaking with a spectacular panorama of mountains from Monterey through to the Pinnacles. Featuring a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), modern open concept living and dining room, a beautiful outdoor area featuring an infinity pool (heated during the summer and fall for an additional fee) and dining area with a high-powered gas grill. We are happy to arrange private tastings of McPrice Myers Wines at the house and an executive chef to prepare a special meal upon request (subject to availability). Views and sunsets from one of Paso Robles' highest elevation points are available from every angle for an amazing wine country experience.

You'll be staying in a recently remodeled and redecorated house nestled in an estate vineyard. All bedrooms feature Casper mattresses. All bathrooms feature organic products. Our linens are washed with hypoallergenic laundry soap. We provide eco-friendly amenities wherever possible.

The master bedroom contains a king sized bed, flat screen TV with DirecTV, vineyard views, private patio, desk, and large en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a large bathtub and walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, walk-in closet, and a water closet. A twin sized rollaway bed is located in the master closet.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen-sized beds. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The gourmet kitchen features a large island with seating for four. You'll find everything you need to create beautiful meals during your stay. The breakfast nook seats four, and the dining room seats eight.

The living room features all leather furniture, a remote-controlled gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV with DirecTV, and there are some board games tucked into the media cabinet. Picture windows with panoramic views show Paso Robles wine country all the way to Monterey County.

Walk out onto the patio and slip into the infinity pool*. You can cook outside on the high powered gas grill, and everyone can enjoy a meal outside on the patio seating for eight. Solar torches will add ambiance once the sun goes down.

Feel free to bring your vehicle - you have access to a two-car garage! You can also get some laundry done in our large-capacity machines.

Please note that it is a 3-5 minute drive on a compacted base road from the estate gate to the house.

*We offer pool heating from May 1 - October 31 for an additional $250/day. The pool doesn't necessarily need to be heated during the summer months, as the temperatures in Paso Robles get high enough to keep the water warm, especially with the pool cover kept closed when not in use. If you would like to heat the pool during your stay, this would add $250/day to your stay.

The winery team is available every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist you! You'll be provided with the private number of our Operations Manager should you need anything or have any issues after hours.
