Renowned for its 3-km-long sandy beach and nightlife, high-rate restaurants, and towering malls, Patong is the jewel in Phuket's crown. With its convenient location in Patong, the condo gives easy access to all must-see destinations in Phuket. Quick 5-minute drive to the beach, markets, shopping, and Bangla Road. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the area and the island.
The studio offers a king bed, wardrobe, kitchen, small private patio, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy your own private kitchen with a dining table, fridge, microwave, cooking hob, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware. 
Please note that apartment is located on the ground floor, with windows and facing a wall as shown in the photos. There is not a lot of daylight inside the unit. 
Emerald Terrace Resort offers popular amenities such as a communal swimming pool, parking for guests, 24-hour security, and CCTV. Free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day. Please note that the gym is closed for renovations indefinitely.
For short stays, electric usage is included in the price. Turn off the AC and all the lights when leaving the apartment. For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check-in is available on request free of charge.
