This custom-built and professionally decorated home features high-end finishes throughout with all the desirable amenities for an unforgettable vacation. A short walk to the beach exposes the hidden gem of North Litchfield beach. This gorgeous home, aka 'Easy Like Sunday Morning' offers six suites with private bathrooms to accommodate 18 guests comfortably. Everyone will have room to spread out, as even the bunk beds were custom-designed to fit four queen beds. The large living space opens onto a spacious screened porch overlooking the fenced backyard to accommodate those guests with dogs. Two levels of screened porches off the back of the home and a covered front porch allow for unlimited outdoor time, whether sipping coffee in the morning or resting with a book. You and your guests can enjoy a cocktail at the contemporary wet bar that features a second refrigerator, wine chiller, and ice maker. A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing and serving meals a breeze. Sit back, relax and enjoy the outdoor bar with cable tv and grill while relaxing by the private 31’ x 15’ private swimming pool.
