We are Pet friendly with a large fenced in front and backyard. ( Max 2 dogs).

Activities: You can bring your ATV's, dirt bikes, or mountain bikes and go around town or to one of Payson's many off road trails. Bowling, shopping, Movies, golfing, fishing, hiking, thrifting and restaurants.
Close to Green Valley Park and Rumsey park which offers plenty to do with the family or friends.
Lakes: Rent or bring your own Kayaks and small boats at Woods Canyon lake, fishing.
Close to events and activities: Concerts in the park at Green Valley park in the summer, seasonal Farmers Market, Car shows, Seasonal Rodeos, 4th of July Fire works and more.

Parking: room for up to 4-5vehicles, or truck w/ trailer. Can park on driveway and out front of gate.
* Indoor Stairs not recommended for small children . Baby gate provided to prevent small children and dogs going upstairs. Can be removed if not in use. 2 bedrooms located downstairs.

Primary bedroom : Downstairs with a Private work area with computer desk, Queen size bed, Smart Tv, fast WIFI, full laundry room, full bathroom, large double closet, own HVAC w/ temperature control and dresser.

2nd Bedroom: located downstairs, next to 2nd bathroom, closet, dresser and full size bed, TV and Toys for small children provided.
Loft: upstairs with Full size futon bed and twin bed, closet has camping cot and mattress pad with extra blankets and pillows, oversized Bean bag.
3rd bedroom: Located upstairs down a hall, two twin beds . small desk w/ chair.
*Each room has a ceiling fan and windows and AC.
* Outdoor games, wood fire pit and small propane fire pit provided
* Provided: Towels, blankets, pillows and starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. Blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Kitchen has cups, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, blender, cookie sheets and other cooking ware.
