From golf and hiking to boutique shopping, spa experiences and fine dining, Pebble Beach® and the Monterey Peninsula have it all. Nearby coastal towns of Pacific Grove and Carmel-by-the-Sea are just a short drive away. Enjoy local scenic drives and numerous area beaches, and hop on the Pacific Coast Highway and day trip north to Santa Cruz or San Francisco, or south to explore Big Sur from your home base in Pebble Beach®.

Living Space
After cruising around the central California Coast each day, return to your comfortable home-away-from-home. A soothing coastal color palate prevails, and light flows abundantly through windows, skylights and glass doors.
The living room has a cozy gas fireplace perfect for cool evenings and a WiFi-enabled Smart TV so you can watch all your favorite shows. Guests should bring the logins to their streaming subscriptions.

Kitchen and Dining
The modern kitchen is well-equipped so you can prepare meals at home and cleanup is a breeze with solid countertops, a smooth-top stove and a large sink. The nearby dining table is a perfect place for enjoying meals at home or step outside to the back deck for outdoor meals at a dining table with chairs. The deck also features a fire pit with additional seating and a basketball hoop.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a dedicated king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a split king with foam topper or two extra long twins.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed.
The full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.

A washer and dryer is available for guest use and they are located in the garage.
The 1-car garage is available for guest parking and two more vehicles can fit in the driveway.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
