Peyia Fontana is sympathetically planted with spacious well-maintained grounds and our choice Complex.

D101, this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is in the perfect spot for a relaxing break in the Cypriot sunshine. The very spacious and modern open plan lounge/diner is decorated beautifully. There is a large kitchen fully equipped with all you need. There is twin patio doors to the terrace and outdoor dining area, sun loungers and a hot tub! A glass of fizz in the hot tub after a busy day out exploring? So inviting.

Palm trees surround you and the generous terrace, with views over the swimming pool, and sea really make this an oasis of tranquility. The surroundings are well maintained, clean and beautifully landscaped with trees for shade. The perfect spot to gather, sunbathe and unwind.

There is a double and twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and air con units. There is WI-FI and a large Smart TV also. This holiday apartment really does feel like a home from home, so much attention to detail has gone into the décor and furnishings. It is a real gem.

This modern apartment is ideally situated in lower Peyia, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars with Coral Bay only a 5-minute drive away.

Perfect winter getaway

We had an amazing time in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Peyia, Cyprus. The check-in description was very detailed and therefore very easy. All the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Our personal highlight was the hot tub which worked liked a charm and was heated pleasantly! The only downside to our stay was that the water in the shower didn’t seem to get hot on a cold & cloudy day, even though we turned on the boost function like described to us. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal to us & the water wasn’t cold at all, just didn’t seem to get hot
overall we would highly recommend this place!

This is a very high quality rental property with large and nicely furnished living room. It features a large and private enough balcony with a gas grill and a heated whirlpool. It is very quiet. Internet is good enough for high quality streaming. The host is highly responsive.

A lovely home away from home

The apartment felt like a warm hug when you arrive after a long travel day. We had a great time and enjoyed staying there. It is well equipped which made our stay even more comfortable. The highlight is the hot tub, we often used to have a relaxing end of our day. Absolutely recommend!

toller Urlaub in super Unterkunft

Kurz: eine tolle Ferienwohnung, in welcher wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben! Die Unterkunft ist tatsĂ€chlich nicht ganz so leicht zu finden. Google hatte uns in eine Seitenstraße gefĂŒhrt. GlĂŒcklicherweise hatten wir vorab schon mal auf Google geschaut und konnten so unseren Standort recht schnell finden. Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft könnte nach unserem Geschmack mal wieder etwas modernisiert werden, hier besonders die Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig, alles war sehr sauber und man findet alle notwendigen Dinge vor. Ein Highlight ist der super Whirlpool, welchen wir gerade an den kĂŒhlen Abenden gerne genossen haben. Sogar ein kleines Willkommenspaket fanden wir bei Anreise vor. Die Vorabkommunikation funktionierte sehr gut und sehr schnell. Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen und können diese absolut weiterempfehlen.

Villa was needlessly hard to find, just send me a Google Map link. Car parking was unclear. Cups and glasses smelled musty so we had to washa ll dishes upon arrival. Jacuzzi didn't work for over half a week. Our contact didn't know how to reset etc the jacuzzi which made the resolution needlessly slow. Jacuzzi smelled really bad once it did start working. Jacuzzi test strips were not available or where they were meant to be, so couldn't use it for yet another day. Contact was ulnot very helpful, was unapologetic for the many issues and generally abrupt. Free luggage storage wasn't actually available, we were expected to pay for luggage storage and once again the contact seemed like she really couldn't care in the slightest. Could have been nice, but failed on so many things.

Lovely big apartment with a fabulous spacious terrace. Obviously the hot tub was a bonus, especiallly as we visited in March and the pool was too chilly to swim. Great fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a family or a couple ( but only three teaspoons, so would be an idea to add some more) :-) Great views of the mountains from one side of the property and a peep of sea view from the terrace through the lush palm trees. Communication from owner and staff were second to none. Nothing to fault.The apartment is positioned in Lower Peyia so if you wish to walk to the main village, the walk is about 15 minutes up a steep hill so be prepared! Coming back down was easy peasy :-) We went to Peyia Tavern for dinner which was a lovely traditional Cypriot restaurant. Order the Meze, its a must - but make sure you're hungry! We hired a car which I would definately recommend. We drove from one side of the Island to the other, it was a long day but definitely worth it to stop at all the local villages and bays.Coral Bay is a five minute drive or a 40 minute walk if you fancy a hike!I would definately recommend this apartment, we had a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment is huge and very well equipped. The balcony is very spacious and as it is on the end of the apartment block it felt very private. Very quiet complex so we had the pool to ourselves most days. The bed in the double bedroom is very comfortable. It is very well located, 15-20 mins walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and only 5 mins drive to the nearest beaches and supermarket. We would definitely recommend and we will book again.

Lovely apartment, the photos don't do this apartment justice. Big space, clean with special touches, where everything was catered, such as games, smart tv, books, shower gel, welcome pack in the fridge. Hot tub was lovely!!We hired a car, for ease of getting around. But you can walk to the bars and restaurants in 15-20 minutes. This is a walk up a hill.

Amazing apartment with literally everything you need in there! Hot tub and BBQ massive bonus. You definitely need a car when staying here. Spacious well kitted out apartment Comfortable beds, aircon throughout with ample seating. There is a TV in the main lounge. Outside has a jacuzzi, barbecue, table and chairs and sun beds on a large balcony. There is also a clean well sized pool with sun beds, chairs etc to use in the communal space. Almost perfect.....

Lovely apartment with terrace and hot tub. Welcome pack in the fridge to get you started. The only negative was the mattress on the double bed was very soft and you rolled together. My wife and I resorted to sleeping in the single beds that are a lot firmer for a good night's sleep.
