The kitchen has lots of storage space and counter surface and is fully equipped with everything needed for a family of 6. Appliances here include a washing Machine and a microwave for your convenience. Also on the ground floor you will find the guest W.C. Access to the communal swimming pool is located approx. 150m from the villa. The beautiful sandy Coral Bay beach is approx. 5Km from the villa, and the village centre with its selection of bars and restaurants is approx. 1.1Km away.

First Floor
Directly at the top of the stairs you will find the 2 En-Suite bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds, air-conditioning and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 is also En-Suite with a double bed and private balcony with sea and town views. This bedroom also has air-conditioning and built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have a full size bath with overhead shower.
