A first bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, storage space, a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room with a toilet.
A second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, storage space, a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room with a toilet.
A third bedroom with 4 single beds, including two trundle beds with storage, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
A large terrace with a dining area, equipped with a plancha grill and sun loungers.
A spacious entrance with storage for coats and shoes.
A laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Pets not allowed.
Non-smoking apartment, with a designated smoking area on the terrace.

A deposit of 800 EUR will be required upon arrival, either by check or cash.

- Disposable mattress and pillow protectors are provided and should be removed at the end of your stay.
- A starter kit with essentials to get you settled: toilet paper, trash bags, a sponge, three dishwasher tablets, and coffee for the first day.
- A condiment kit: salt, pepper, and oil.
- Two private parking spaces.

Safety:
Please note that the apartment's staircase is not equipped with a handrail, and there is no child safety gate at the top. The staircase is in excellent condition, but these factors should be considered for safety reasons. We invite you to check the photos for a better understanding of the layout.
