This is a Cozy Studio with a private entrence through the side on a residential house it has a separate bedroom with a king size bed and separate kitchenet area with a sleeping sofa futon !!!!! Could sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and two children. Located in a safe and stablish neighborhood. Fully equip kitchen with all the amenities guest needs to fill like home away and to cook their meals and breakfast , plus the host is next door and if the guest forgot to bring something!!!!!!! !!!!we got it!!!!!! just let us know , We like you to feel like you are at home . We care for our guest , Just bring your bags and relax .

Clean! Sal is a super hospitable owner. The unit is described as a studio, but it has a bedroom, bathroom with roomie shower and an efficiency style kitchen. It included a toaster and blender, and hot plate for cooking. The outdoor dinette with umbrella was a lovely and convenient place to enjoy coffee, and breakfast. There are TVs in both rooms. Highly recommend!

My stay was excellent. My 13 hr. drive from VA turned into an 18 hr. drive due to the storms that day. When I reach my room and opened the door I felt like I was home. My stay was better than any previous stays in some hotel/motels. I will stay again on my next visit

Studio had all we needed. We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids, ages 5 and 9. The adults slept comfortably in the king size bed. The kids did not sleep well on the tiny and hard futon. The futon does not fit 2 small, slender children, would maybe work for 1 child only. I would not recommend this space for a family of 4.

My new home away from home.

I first walked in and was like "WOW" the apartment is immaculate and has everything that you need. Salvadore is an amazing host, so easy to talk to, and answers quickly to your messages. I love that the property has a courtyard in front where I sat and had my coffee several times. The neighborhood is very safe, I actually grew up a block and a half from there, and it hasn't changed, it's all families, and shopping is very close. You can't go wrong with either of Salvadore's apartments.

A great place to stay in Pembroke Pines

Extremely clean in a good quiet neighborhood. Sal is an attentive host. Check in, as well as normal entry, exit, and checkout was easy with the digital keypad lock. The place is fine for a couple, maybe with a small child, but not much bigger than that. The place is pretty fully equipped with plenty of supplies in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Easy parking for one car. Has a pleasant patio area. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay there again when we come back to the area.

What a pleasure in Pembroke Pines

Outstanding little property in a very accessible and safe location. Sal was the best host imaginable, responsive and eager to ensure we had the best stay possible. The room is private with its own entry, Wi-Fi is good, everything you need is already there but if you need anything at all, Sal will be available to help. I look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay as we were there for the Formula One race. The proximity and ease to the shuttles was wonderful and traffic was much better coming from this direction. The stay itself was very nice and communication with Sal was great from the beginning. He was very helpful and friendly and made sure our stay was wonderful. Everything was clean and tidy and definitely felt like a nice safe space. The cute patio outside was a nice addition as well. We would definitely stay again!

My wife and I stayed there for a month and were blow away with the quiet and relaxing location. It was extremely clean and convenient. The place was perfect for the two of us. We had a fence backyard for ourself, it was perfect for our dog. The property was very well furnished and beautifully decorated. The owner Sal and his familly was very helpful. Friendly and fabulous!

We are so happy we found this rental. It was exactly what we needed in order to visit with our family for the week. Everything was new and clean and we met the owner Sal who was very kind, helpful and friendly. The property is as described
