Fall Brook: cabin by waterfalls and hiking trail

Located along the Outlet Trail, Fall Brook is a nature lover's paradise. Tucked into the hillside by Seneca Falls on the Keuka Outlet Trail, you can hear the waterfall and the trees whispering along the waterway. Follow the path from the cabin to the Outlet Trail and you can hike or bike the 7 mile long trail that runs along the waterway from Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. The waterfall is literally a stones throw away, just across the pathway.



Fall Brook is a completely renovated (2023) cabin-style home with a modern vibe. Walking in from the driveway, you'll enter the house through the covered patio area which has an outdoor dining space, large gas grill, and outdoor kitchenette area.



The Kitchen has beautiful open shelving, stonework, a hand crafted kitchen island, and a cozy dining nook complete with a handcrafted table and built in benches.

The stairway to the second floor is in the middle of the house, creating a bit of a divider between the Kitchen and Dining area and the large Living Room. The Living Room has big glass patio doors that walk out onto the covered patio, a comfortable leather couch, arm chairs, and a beautiful gas fireplace.



On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom is very spacious with a King size bed, attached full bath, and a door to it's own private balcony area. The Master bedroom balcony is separated from the main balcony by a privacy wall. The Master bath has a double sink, beautiful tiled shower, and a large soaking tub set in front of the window overlooking the wooded outdoor setting.

Bedroom 2 has a King size bed as well and window facing over the backyard. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and large windows over looking the balcony and toward the Outlet waterway.



The second floor balcony is where you will want to spend your evenings. Furnished with Adirondack chairs and a lovely gas firepit, you can sit out here and listen to the rush of the waterfall, the wind in the trees, the birds singing, and all of the peaceful evening noises. This is also a perfect spot to catch some sun's rays during the day.



New for 2024: the garage has been completely renovated and turned into a game room! The game room has multiple arcade games, foosball table etc.....a really great space for rainy days or long evenings. Also included in your stay are two adult bikes (one with a toddler seat) for you to enjoy the Outlet Trail on!



Centrally located just minutes outside of Penn Yan, you'll have a short drive to both the Keuka Lake wineries and the Seneca Lake wine trail. You'll be just a few minutes from some of the great little eateries, coffee shops, and shopping that Penn Yan has to offer and about 15 minutes from the city of Geneva. But with the peaceful setting that Fall Brook has to offer, we aren't sure you'll even want to leave to explore the rest of the area....Fall Brook is a fantastic little slice of quiet and you'll want to slow life down to enjoy the nature around you during your stay.
