Located lake side on beautiful Keuka Lake, the Oak & Amber cottage is newly renovated and only minutes from downtown Penn Yan, Keuka College and several Keuka Lake Beer & Wine Trail favorites. It’s the perfect cottage for a family or small group to take a break from the heaviness of everyday life, rest and feel reenergized.

At Oak & Amber, guests start and end their days with just the right amount of ease. Grab a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise. Sunrises not your thing? Cool off by jumping in the water or soak in a good book. Share a meal. Drink good wine. Tell stories. Smile, laugh and love your way through your vacation.

The main cottage provides simple, rustic, lakeside charm. With 3 bedrooms and an open floor plan, it offers both community and privacy. Three levels of new outdoor entertaining space--including a deck with beautiful lake views, firepit area, and covered patio--are the perfect setting for you to find the right mix of sun and shade while you rest, connect and be happy.

NEW in 2025: Outdoor stairs have been replaced and reconfigured to provide a more comfortable incline, as well as sturdier and wider steps.

A bonus building (we call the annex) includes a second full kitchen, bathroom/shower and onsite laundry facilities. It's a great space for guests to spread out and take in the lake views from the high point of the property. It's also a quiet spot for napping on the daybed, double bed or pullout sofa.

This lake house is just a few minutes away from some of the best wineries, breweries and antique shops, in the Finger Lakes, including local favorites Dr. Konstantin Frank and Abandon Brewing Co. You're also close to hiking, attractions and delicious, homemade ice cream at Seneca Farms. (It's a two-minute drive away...we've clocked it!)

It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and gas grill.

Lakefront includes swimming area, kayak launch, excellent fishing, and dock that can accommodate a boat.

House Rules:
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties or events
- Check-in is any time after 4PM
- Check out by 10AM
- Key available in lock box
- Please be respectful to neighbors.
- Please refrain from entering neighboring yards, docks and waters.
- Please avoid littering on and around home property. All garbage and recyclables can be left in the marked bins by the road.
- Please turn OFF ALL electronics and lights prior to final departure.
- Please turn OFF ALL HEAT in the entire house (all rooms) prior to final departure.
- Please be kind and remove all food from home (both in refrigerator and cupboards) so to prevent spoiling and/or potential pest issue.
