Restored Home on Verdant Property with Fishing Pond

Spend time at this bucolic foothills property set under towering oak trees. The property includes a year round creek, an idyllic pond full of bass and bluegill(catch and release), as well as varying fruit trees you can pick from depending on the season. This vintage restored home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, indoor/outdoor seating, 4k TV with streaming options and comfortable beds and linens. NO large groups or parties. Our cameras are facing away from the home.

****No pets due to severe allergies, no smoking in the home and absolutely no parties. We prefer no shoes in the home.
****Children and babies, must always be attended. The interior of the home has furniture that is NOT secured to the walls and no cabinet blockers are installed. The large pond perimeter is NOT fenced off, the pond reaches 6ft in depth. We provide life jackets in various sizes for use of the boat. BE aware there are a few small level changes in the one story home.
****You assume responsibility for all guests. We reserve the right to charge a fee of $100 per additional guests that is not included in the booking. Please inquire about additional guests visiting and not staying over night.
****Quiet Hours after 10pm. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, please respect our community.

LIABILITY WAIVER -- By making your reservation at (the “Property”), you and the other members in your party (the “Guests”) agree to: 1) release the owners of the Property (the “Hosts”) from all liability relating to bodily injury and personal property damage that may occur during Guests’ stay at the Property; and 2) hold Hosts entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility, for any bodily injury and property damage incurred by Guests, regardless of whether such injuries and damage were caused by negligence. Guests further acknowledge that: 1) use of the pond, boat and fire place and activities like hiking and climbing anywhere on the Property are at Guests’ own risk; and 2) that special risks may be involved with using the pond, boat, fire place and engaging in activities like hiking and climbing on the Property.

Such a cool vibe! We especially enjoyed the record player. We were inspired to visit a local record store and bought some albums to bring home. Very comfortable, very peaceful. Perfect house for a private getaway. Wish there were some fish to catch - I tried!

We extended our stay here. It was very spacious and we loved the layout with the two bedrooms and opposite ends of the house and two sitting rooms. The retro decor is really unique. My husband fished the pond, which was covered in algae, but caught and released a couple. A turtle surfaced to sun on a log every day. The second bedroom does not have air conditioning, but the other units in the living room, kitchen and primary bedroom worked really well. Alina got back to me promptly whenever I had a question. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious home in a country setting. The unique layout has a bedroom at each end of the house, and two separate living room areas. Big windows let in lots of natural light, and large kitchen space. Grounds are overgrown and would benefit from some landscaping. My daughter enjoyed the goats that live next door. Easy check-in and good communication.

Hidden Retreat

The house was away from it all but close enough to amenities. Other than hearing nature and animals (which we enjoyed), it was very quiet. The home was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels which is always a plus. The hosts were great and quick to respond with any questions. We enjoyed our stay!

A quaint country setting!

It is a country property close to other homes. The pond attracted critters, from bullfrogs singing at night, to ducks quacking & flying in to land, and neighboring roosters growing the morning away. A spacious home, 2 separate bedrooms and baths, full kitchen and 2 living areas. My mom and I loved it!

Very nice home, They had stocked a lot of needed items. The outside was nice but needed some yard work done. The fishing pond was Green because of the hot weather other than some obstacles that I had to overcome due to my husband needing handicap items, Our stay was Very Nice, and would definitely suggest to others the owner is very nice also

Beautiful homey retreat in the woods

We had a family gathering, and this was a great place to stay nearby. It gets chilly at night but there is ample heating. I loved the retro utilities in the kitchen, lots of space to entertain, and the owner made everything a breeze.

Spacious getaway

We loved the house. Layout was great with bedrooms on each end and very large kitchen area in the middle. Alina responded quickly to communication and our stay was very comfortable. Area is quiet and secluded but the convenience of Raley’s was just 3 miles down the road.

Short Christmastime Stay

The listing and photos of this property don’t do it justice. The house is very spacious. The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space and a great eating area. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are located a different ends of the house so each has privacy. Well stocked house. Alina is a great host and has thoughtfully taken care of any possible need her guests may have. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
