Gulf Winds 101 is a two bedroom, two bath floor beachfront condo! You will feel like you’re in a tropical plantation with tile flooring throughout, plantation blinds and elegant décor. The massive wraparound gulf front balcony is tiled and has a wrought iron café table perfect for drinking in those views! The Gulf view dining table seats 4 and there’s more seating at the eat in bar. The open concept kitchen has gorgeous cabinetry, granite counter tops and a pass through for convenience. The gorgeous master has floor to ceiling gulf views, queen bed, flatscreen tv and balcony access. The master bath has a spacious granite vanity and shower. The guest room has a two twin beds, and the second bath has a shower tub combo. There’s a washer/dryer for your convenience plus free Wi-Fi. Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property.The host was exceptionally attentive and responded promptly to any questions or concerns that came up. The location was ideal, situated directly on the beach with beautiful views. Although the condo was a little dated, it was well-maintained and in good overall condition. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would stay here again in the future.

Wonderful experience

Our stay was very relaxing!!! The Condo was nice and clean. Well stocked with kitchen equipment. There was even a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. The beds and pillows were very comfy!!

Has it all!

This is only one flight of stairs up. There is an elevator but wasn’t necessary at all. Feet in the sand just over the dune. The beach is gorgeous! Loved it! The condo is very comfortable with a large deck and plenty of seating and comfy beds. We’d definitely stay again.

Great Location

We all loved the property. The balcony is huge...don't find that very often. Just far enough away from the shops for the beach to feel more private, but close enough to enjoy and have fun just a short drive East. We've stayed in Florida three times now in different locations and really felt at home here. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable. Property was very clean! Had to call customer service once and the lady was super nice and helpful. Overall there are no major complaints and had a wonderful stay here.

Stay at Gulf Winds

The unit is clean and in a great location! Can sit on the back porch and watch the sunrise and sunset. Walking to Peg Leg Peet's is definitely a perk! The unit does need some updating, but overall, our stay was great! Check in process from the time we booked was very easy and check out process as well. There as an issue one day with our door lock not working, but called the emergency number and the lock was fixed within 20 minutes. Will definitely stay with Pensacola Beach Properties again and will definitely look up this unit/location again.

The property was very nice. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, I loved having my coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo was very clean. The kitchen has been remodeled since the pictures were taken so that was a nice surprise that it was more open to the dining/living room. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is very good. Easy in and out and access to the beach. Property is dated especially the bathrooms and both kinda small. Remainder of the condo was good. One day into the stay the auto door locking mechanism stopped looking the door upon exit. Nice having your own parking space, That's a plus and a short trip up the stairs to the front door. Also the main sliding door to the balcony had to remain shut due to falling debris from the underside of the above balcony. This was not disclosed at time of booking. You could still access the balcony from the bedroom. Overall a decent place for a short stay.

Cozy Little Getaway

The views are great and the balcony is very spacious! Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils.. cookware.. etc. It has a Keurig and regular coffee pot. It also has hair dryers and plenty of towels. Nice parking area. Minutes from restaurants.
