Welcome to Deluna House, a 3,000 sq. ft. modern home just minutes from the beach, perfect for large groups and family reunions. Sleeping 20, it features a king master suite, four queen bedrooms, five twin bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and two couches. The open-concept living area connects to a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Enjoy beach days and outdoor dining on the spacious deck. Modern amenities, Wi-Fi, AC, laundry, & beach essentials. Deluna House is your ideal coastal getaway!

Deluna House has 12 bedrooms with new top-of-the-line pillow-top mattresses in each bedroom. Also included are 3 large, open entertainment areas; an outdoor dining area, a fire pit, an outdoor cold-water shower, comfortable seating: and a fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a convertible poker/bumper pool table in the main living room. For your convivence on the deck/patio, you will find a beach buggy, cooler, two foam buggy boards as well as 2 backpack beach chairs, 10 beach towels—a beach umbrella. We also have two beach bikes available. Deluna House has a private driveway allowing you to walk up to the entrance. Most importantly, it is centrally located, just 800 feet from the quiet, sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. If you want more action, Pensacola Pier, bars, and restaurants are only 1 mile away.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking
Must submit a $1500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
Must follow all house rules including but not limited to no smoking and no parties
Pets must be pre-approved and requires a $250 pet fee, if you don't include pets you will be charged separately. Send us a message fully describing pet; breed, age, habits etc. I respond very timely. Non approved pets considered a violation resulting in loss of reservation. Cannot get on furniture or bedding. Must be up to date on shots and groomed just prior to arrival.
All pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside of the property.
Pets must be kept on a leash when outside.
Pets miss their owners when you are gone; please remember to crate when you leave.
Guests must notify the host of any damage caused by their pets and will be responsible for any repairs or replacement costs.
Guests are responsible for any injuries caused by their pets to other guests or the host's property.
The host reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if excessive pet hair or other pet-related messes are left behind.
