This house is so cute! It was easy to find, had ample parking, and the location is fantastic. The backyard is cozy and private. There is a Keurig and a Drip style machine if that matters to you. This is just a gorgeous home. I wish I knew how to decorate like this! We would definitely stay here again. Perfect!

Summer vacation

We had a party of four and this place was absolutely perfect. Great location to get to the beach and downtown. The place has all the amenities you will need. Even the garage is equipped with a/c, tv, fridge sofa. It’s like a whole separate living space. Covered area for car. Beautiful fenced backyard that was great to relax. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Easily 5 stars.

This home is an old charmer from the 40s. Extremely well maintained in the St. john’s district. Great yard for the dogs. Close to all downtown attractions yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. Around the corner is the St. john’s cemetery with the first interment in the 1860s. Definite recommend

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS - 10 out of 10

The Simmons House far exceeded our expectations. The owners / managers have thought of EVERYTHING! Every little detail was covered from dog treats and dog toys to bath linens and beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler) to coffee and laundry soap. Everything exceeded expectations, the decor, the beds, the pillows, the appliances, the fully enclosed fenced in yard and the list goes on and on. Not only would I / we recommend the Simmons House, but we will most definitely stay there again.

The way this house is decorated and stocked is impeccable! I’ve stayed in many vacation homes and this one will stand out to me for sure! So cozy! Very close to downtown area. 3 minutes to a local grocery store. Great eats and beach within an easy 20 minute drive. We had a wonderful stay!

Family Wedding

Everything was as described and picture. Our family LOVED staying here. It was perfect for their needs and especially cozy, comfy and clean. Close to Pensacola Yacht Club where the wedding was and really close to downtown and 20 minutes to beaches. Again perfect for our stay.

An amazing wedding location

This rental was the perfect location for my wedding. The backyard is spacious enough for a small intimate gathering of family and friends. All the bedrooms were cozy, however the master bedroom was dreamy. I honestly could go on about the look of the place because you can tell they put care into making is a home away from home. The welcome packet with suggestions for things to do and places to eat locally was well thought of ,bad I'm saying this as a native of Pensacola FL who came back to get married. The neighborhood is quiet and nice where it is located. Anyway we had a blast and I will definitely cherish the memories. I would have loved to stay longer. That is how much I enjoyed being there.

Perfect house for family or friend fun

The house is just like you see in the pictures and is perfect for a family get away. It has everything you need for your stay so don’t worry about beach towels or chairs or an umbrella they have you covered. There is even a cooler for you to use.
