Approximately 10 minutes to historic Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street & Pier, Museums, The Blue Wahoo's Stadium, and Pensacola NAS & the Naval Air Museum & Lighthouse. Sleeping 6 this pet friendly (Dogs under 30 lbs $50.00 pet fee) cottage has a queen in the primary and a total of 4 twins (Bunks for children under 7) located in the second room and spacious outdoor space for all to enjoy the outdoors.

The space
Our cottage has a spacious mudroom entrance that opens to a full kitchen & open living space. The bedrooms are located at the back of the house with the primary housing a Queen bed and sitting area to read your favorite book. The second bedroom contains 2 bunk beds (4 twins age limit 7 and under, 120lbs or less) perfect for traveling families. The bathroom has a shower-tub combo with updated tile work. To the left of the kitchen is the dining space with a breakfast nook/picnic-style table to enjoy meals. The dining space contains the back door to access the fenced backyard and fire pit area for you to bring your favorite outdoor chairs to enjoy!

Guest access
Guest will have the ability to utilize the main house and backyard.

Other things to note
The property has a private driveway for guest use. A keypad is provided for secure access to the front door access. There is also a video doorbell. Tampering with the doorbell will result in an additional $100 fee. We are pet friendly for dogs under 30lbs. The pet fee is $50.00. The garage and shed are not available for guest use.
