Open floor plan living ensures you can easily spend quality time together while taking in the breathtaking view.

Our stunning 5000 square foot new waterfront home features open concept living at its finest. The spacious gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Big Green Egg and Blackstone grilling options, providing everything you need for cooking a gourmet meal. The beautiful living room offers a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and comfy seating. The home includes four spacious bedrooms with luxury bedding and large picture windows. The master ensuite bath looks like it should be in a magazine, with its beautiful tadelakt walls, walk-in shower with teak floors, and garden tub, as well as an electric fireplace in the master suite.

The property also features a stunning private office, a baby grand piano, and a boat slip to tie up your boat.

If you are lucky enough to stay at our home on Tuesdays or Thursdays, you may even get to see the Blue Angels practice overhead. It's an amazing sight to see and hear. Additionally, you won't want to miss the frequent dolphins that pass by. Watch for them in the early mornings and evenings.

Please note - The pool can be heated for $40 per day. Pool heating is only needed between November thru April typically. Guests are responsible to notify the host via the message center at least 2 days prior to their arrival if they would like the pool heated. Payment must be received prior to heating. The pool heater will be turned on the morning of your arrival and remain on for as many days as you have designated. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees.

House Rules
- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)
- No pets; no exceptions
- No parties
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you break it, fix it. If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, please clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.
