The Space:

Evenings settle in beneath a canopy of oak trees, where the glow of the fire pit and the quiet of the surrounding neighborhood create an easy rhythm for gathering together. Mornings begin with coffee on the patio, while the gentle sounds of the nearby community and the promise of nearby beaches set the tone for the day ahead.



The space

Set in Pensacola’s Myrtle Grove neighborhood, this expansive property brings together six distinct units across two duplexes and two single-family homes, offering both shared experiences and individual privacy. Each unit features its own private entrance, allowing your group to spread out comfortably while still enjoying time together in the large, open backyard. With space to accommodate up to 35 guests, the layout is well-suited for family reunions, group trips, or extended stays.



Sleeping arrangements

Across 11 bedrooms, the property offers a wide range of sleeping configurations. You’ll find king beds, queen beds, bunk beds, and sleeper sofas thoughtfully distributed across the units. Some rooms include additional trundle beds or bunk setups, making it easy to accommodate larger groups while keeping everyone close. Each unit includes bathroom essentials, bed linens, and storage for a comfortable and practical stay.



Outdoor living

The backyard is a central gathering space, surrounded by mature oak trees that provide shade and a sense of seclusion. You can spend evenings around the fire pit, share meals at the outdoor dining area, or unwind in the hammock. A patio or balcony, along with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, creates a relaxed setting for spending time together outdoors.

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.

There is a small private school next door. You may hear children playing during school hours.
