The space
Welcome to your new home away from home. Located just 8 blocks from central Downtown and Vinyl Music Hall, you can either walk, Uber, or rent a scooter to enjoy all that Downtown Pensacola has to offer. Looking for a beach day? The house is just a short 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach!
As you pull up, you will be greeted by our spacious front porch overlooking the quiet city street, equipped with plush oversized chairs, perfect for sipping your morning coffee.
Entering through the front doors you will find the spacious great room, complete with tall ceilings, modern furnishings, and luxe accents. Let the calming pearlescent color palette melt all of your troubles away. Relax in front of the fireplace on the oversized sectional sofa; enjoy a cocktail in the velvety soft leather accent chairs designed for two; or whip up a 5 star meal in the fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Enjoy a night under the stars in the huge fenced in backyard area, complete with propane fire pit and ample seating. But don’t just take advantage of this backyard oasis at night, be sure to catch some rays during the daytime on the larger loungers while the kids or pups play.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a full size washer and dryer. Bedroom one sleeps two and features a queen size bed and modern elegant design. Bedroom two is perfect for the kiddos, featuring twin bunk beds and a retro Super Nintendo console loaded with games! The kiddos will have fun for hours practicing their Mario Brothers skills. Bedroom three is the master suite, complete with a king size bed, double closets, tons of windows for natural lighting, and elegant lush velvet accents.
Get an amazing night's rest on the memory foam mattresses, cozy linens, and feather down pillows found in every room. All mattresses and pillows are double encased in allergen and mite bags for guest safety and comfort, and all linens are fully washed between guests.
Planning a beach trip? We got you covered. The property comes equipped with 6 beach chairs; 6 beach towels; a beach bag; beach umbrella; and a mini cooler to keep the drinks cold!
We know how annoying it is to have to run out to the store first thing when traveling, especially when you haven’t had a cup of coffee yet, so we are sure to provide you with all of the basics. Inside the property you will find kitchen essentials such as oil, seasonings, towels, soaps, pot holders, toaster, blender, foil, and of course coffee and creamer. You will also find laundry soap; fabric softener; trash bags; toilet paper; paper towel; bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths; plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Other things to note
The driveway leading to the rear parking is shared by many surrounding houses, so it cannot be blocked at any time. The rear designated parking area can accommodate one vehicle. Any additional vehicles must street park. Street parking is free in the surrounding areas. Please be mindful of the areas with NO PARKING signs, and do not park in any yellow zones. Always park in the right direction of traffic, and do not park on the curbs. Remember to stay 30 feet from any stop signs.
