The space
Nestled in an up-and-coming residential neighborhood just minutes from BOOMING Downtown Pensacola, and only a short 15 minute drive from Pensacola Beach, this centrally located cottage lands you in the perfect spot to explore all that Pensacola has to offer.

As you pull up, you are greeted by the cozy front porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee.

Leave all of your troubles at the front door and let the light and inviting atmosphere of the P’Cola Sunrise melt all of your troubles away. Relax on the rich brown sofa or the large oversized armchair and watch the fireplace flicker. Whip up something to eat in the fully stocked kitchen complete with all of the necessities, including a miniature dishwasher. Because who wants to wash dishes on vacation?

Enjoy cocktails by starlight in your private fenced in back yard and patio area.

Take a steamy shower before heading off to bed in the lush queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, cozy linens, and feather down pillows. All mattresses and pillows are double encased in allergen and mite bags for guest safety and comfort, and all linens are fully washed between guests.

Planning a beach trip? We got you covered. The property comes equipped with 2 beach chairs; 2 beach towels; a beach bag; beach umbrella; and a mini cooler to keep the drinks cold!

We know how annoying it is to have to run out to the store first thing when traveling, especially when you haven’t had a cup of coffee yet, so we are sure to provide you with all of the basics. Inside the property you will find kitchen essentials such as oil, seasonings, towels, soaps, pot holders, toaster, blender, foil, and of course coffee and creamer. You will also find trash bags; toilet paper; paper towel; bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths; plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
