Perched high atop a wooded dune overlooking Lake Michigan, The Treehouse at Duna Vista offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The elevated setting creates a true treehouse-like experience, where you'll wake to the sounds of birds, enjoy gentle lake breezes, and feel tucked away among towering trees.

Expansive windows and spacious outdoor decks provide breathtaking lake views and unforgettable sunsets. Inside, warm wood finishes and an open, inviting layout create a cozy yet spacious atmosphere that's perfect for gathering with family and friends.

The main level features an open living area, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms with direct access to the lakeside deck. Upstairs, you'll find a private bedroom with its own balcony, a second full bathroom, and a loft with additional sleeping space (queen sofa sleeper and twin bed).

The Duna Vista association provides access to a private, pristine Lake Michigan beach—a 5-minute walk—along with a heated saltwater pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball. The association requires 2 rental documents signed and submitted prior to check in and will be emailed for e-signature.

- Stairs required(front) or ramp(back) for access to the home.
- Fully stocked kitchen. All towels/linens provided.
- Beach chairs available. *Please bring your own beach towels.
- Wifi, smart TV, DVD player, games.
- Deck equipped with a gas grill, patio furniture as well as a propane fire table set.
- The property has a whole house fan. Due to the shade and lakeside breezes, the house usually stays cool, but portable air conditioning units are available upon request.
- The property is PET-FREE.

Note: The indoor fireplace is not available due to insurance reasons.

No smoking. To provide a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all guests, any kind of smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside and outside the home (including deck spaces).

For the saftey and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed and recording 24/7. Cameras are located outside the home and monitor the front entrance, driveway, and parking areas. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
