The best balcony in Peppy! Create lifelong memories in our unique Oceanview Manor.
Sleeping up to ten adults, this is the perfect property for families or adult groups to escape the city life and enjoy the magic of Peppy Beach. The upper sky deck and main balcony both have panoramic ocean views. The lower level is entirely self-contained and can offer privacy within groups (if required).
Take a two minute walk to the beach, soak in the long sunsets, or explore multiple award-winning wineries within a short drive.

The Space:
The Seaview Manor consists of four levels:
- at the back of the property, walk up to the stunning sky deck and experience panoramic ocean views. Enjoy a drink and soak in the sunset or start your day with a breezy coffee;
- on the top level of Oceanview Manor, you will find two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed and a dedicated en-suite as the master room. The master also contains clear ocean views and a walk-in wardrobe.Â
- the middle level contains a fully functional kitchen, laundry and guest bathroom. You will also enjoy two spacious sitting areas, one of which has a comfortable sofa bed and the other is a single day bed. Most importantly, there is a huge balcony where all of your guests can enjoy a BBQ dinner or drinks with an unobstructed view of the ocean; and
- the lower level is an entirely self-contained two-bedroom lodge with a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with an additional day bed that turns into a king sized bed if required. Both bedrooms also have views, with the larger room containing a queen bed and the smaller room containing a bunk bed with trundle (1x double & 2 x single).
Seaview Manor also has a large garage and additional car parking.
Access and House Policies:
Noise:Â
Shire-enforced quiet hours apply after 10.30pm, and this is especially important for the main balcony.  Peppy Beach is a quiet, seaside town and the noise from the balconies travels directly to our neighbours, so we ask that you be considerate of them. These quiet hours are strictly enforced and we have a noise monitor installed. If this policy causes any concern we suggest you consider other options.Â
We also do not permit parties. Any evidence of excessive noise or a party will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of any unused rental nights, and loss of your security deposit.Â
Parking:
Please note that the driveway is quite steep and the turning area at the top is steep / tight. We suggest parking four cars maximum at the top of the driveway if utilising the double garage. Once you are parked at the top, it is easier to reverse back down the driveway than to try to turn around at the top of the driveway.
The steepness of the driveway will make it difficult for those with mobility issues to walk up it.
Pets:
We are dog friendly and charge a one-time $80 pet fee for the entire stay regardless of the number of dogs.
Cats are not permitted at the property due to local laws and guest allergies.
Smoking:
Oceanview Manor is strictly no smoking indoors which includes vapes, shisha, hookah and cigars. You may smoke outside but must do so two metres away from the doors. Any smoke inside will result in deordorising and cleaning costs.
Damages:
Accidents happen, so please report any damage as soon as possible.
In the event that any unreasonable / excessive cleaning is required, we charge this at $50 per hour and it will be deducted from your security deposit.Â
