The Space:

Escape to the shores of beautiful Sibley Lake in this charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront home. Perfect for up to 10 guests, this is the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. A friendly 6-foot gnome will greet you upon arrival, adding a touch of whimsy to your stay. The home features a cozy, rustic cabin atmosphere with all the comforts of home, thoughtfully laid out across multiple levels to offer plenty of space for everyone to relax.



PROPERTY LAYOUT:

• Ground Level: Features a comfortable living space that walks out to the large private deck overlooking the lake. This level includes Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed (twin and full) and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area.

• Lower Level: Accessed via a spiral staircase, this level opens to a covered patio with seating just steps from the water. It boasts a second living space with a cozy game room, a full sleeper sofa, and the Master Bedroom with a queen bed.

• Bunk House: Adjoining the garage, this private space offers Bedroom 3 with one queen bed and a trundle bed (two twins), along with its own full bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home and all its amenities. Enjoy the peace and seclusion of your own lakefront retreat. Your access includes:

• The entire 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house and bunk house.

• A large private deck and a covered patio with lake views.

• Direct lake access from your private dock, perfect for swimming.

• A fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots, and pans.

• A hybrid coffee pot for both K-cups and ground coffee.

• Two pedal boats and life vests for exploring the lake.

• A selection of board games for fun-filled evenings.

• Two Samsung Smart TVs for your entertainment.

• Driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. Please do not park on the street.

• Spiral Staircase: The home has a spiral staircase connecting the ground-level living space to the lower-level game room, living room, and Master Bedroom. Please use caution.

• Cancellations: All cancellations follow the rules as outlined by the booking platform. Please be aware that refunds do not include any credit card processing fees, which are non-refundable.

• For non-Airbnb bookings, final charges will include credit card processing fee.

* Pets are welcome, but they’re not allowed on the furniture. But if in case your furry friend forgets the rule, we’ve provided couch covers you can use.
