A comfortable cosy apartment that is totally yours, no sharing !

The suite is located on ground level and has many of the comforts of home! Compact and cosy, there's a comfortable queen-sized bedroom, a separate lounge with workspace, a dining table, and 52" Smart -TV where you can stream content on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others all complimentary.

Explore the WA west coast from Amaroo, a newly remodelled private apartment with a peaceful patio and garden. It's a quick 7-minute drive to the ocean! A quiet area with lots of nearby attractions. Ground-level apartment includes a queen bed, separate kitchen, comfortable lounge, HDTV & a fully fenced private patio, and garden with BBQ. Great for a stay-over en-route between the southwest region to Lancelin and beyond or a family visit.

Amaroo offers a separate kitchen, where you'll be able to prepare meals if needed. The fridge/freezer is mid-sized (larger than a mini-fridge) and can store a decent amount of food. We provide an electric hot plate, pots, and pans, along with glassware, plates, utensils, etc. There is also a microwave, toaster, Air fryer, and kettle.

The kitchen also offers a full-size washing machine with a complimentary starter pack of washing pods.

The real gem is the private garden area, which is fully fenced and includes a BBQ grill, as well as outdoor seating. It's a great spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and even get some work done if needed. We also have a small dining table so you can enjoy a meal alfresco.

Our cosy Quinns pad is great for couples, solo adventurers, remote workers, and of course surfers! Maximum occupancy of 2 people.

The suite and patio area pictured are private and yours to enjoy during your stay. Please note that the suite is part of a house where the owner lives. But Amaroo is totally self-contained with no direct access between the suite and the main residence.

The patio pictured is reserved for your exclusive use. There's a locked gate with a code to enter from the street. The door to your suite has a secured punch code lock on the outside.

Amaroo is a cozy suite with lots of charm and it's in a great location. The bus route is 200 metres away with a regular service to Clarkson railway station where trains to Perth are every 15 minutes at peak times and run back from Perth past midnight.

WiFi is free and included in your stay.

Check-In/Check-Out Times: We use a self-check-in system that allows you to check in after 2.00pm. Check-out time is 10.00am.

Air Conditioning/Heat: There's a portable AC during warm weather months which cools the whole suite.
