Delightful recently converted 2 bed house in farmyard courtyard.

Pitmeadow Farm is situated in a quiet countryside with lovely view. We are a small family run farm with pigs, ponies, sheep and chickens.
The Studio has a 2-3 night minimum stay depending on time of year.
It was recently renovated and has a beautiful large kitchen/dinning
The self catering accommodation is comfortable, warm and has fully equipped kitchens, there are games, books and DVD's for guests to enjoy.

We also have a shared Games room which is located in the courtyard, it has a table tennis table, football table and some other games. There is also jams, chutneys and Pitmeadow meat for sale which can be found in the Games Room.

Exterior

Pitmeadow Farm is made up of The Steading, The Studio, The Farmhouse and a Garden room, all built round a courtyard.
There is plenty parking.
There is a large garden with a trampoline and football goals for guest use.
There is also a large deep pond, where you can enjoy sitting looking at the wildlife and walking round. Please note children must be supervised when in the garden.


Getting there

Pitmeadow Farm is situated in quiet countryside with lovely views. We are a small family run farm with various amimals that guests are welcome to enjoy.

The Studio forms part of our farm courtyard along with the farmhouse and our other holiday property (The Steading).

Dunning (1 mile away) is a charming village with an excellent pub, local shop, golf course, tennis courts and a wide variety of walks.

Ideal for exploring Scotland, visiting local attractions or just relaxing and recharging.
