Luxury Home Stay With Privacy and Pet Friendly

This family-friendly house sits on the outskirts of Perth with an enclosed garden and parking on-site. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms provide plenty of space for up to eight guests, with a coal fireplace in the living area and a well-equipped kitchen for home cooking. It also has an extension, which further adds to the property.

The city center is only a 10-minute journey by car, and Tesco is only 5 minutes by car.
Excellent touring base for many of Perthshire's beautiful sites and activities.

Bedrooms:
The first bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children or friends sharing. Bedroom two offers a comfortable double bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a king-size bed, giving everyone room to spread out and sleep well.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, mean no queuing in the morning.

Living Area:
- Relax in front of the television after a day exploring the area
- Gather around the coal fireplace on cooler evenings
- A dining table seats everyone for shared meals
- Workspace available if you need to catch up on emails

Kitchen:
Cook at your own pace with a hob, oven, microwave, and fridge freezer.

Practical Details:
Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Children and infants are welcome, and a highchair, travel cot, and crib are provided if requested beforehand. Pets are welcome too.

The area is well known for being an active, mixed-use neighborhood with a strong sense of local convenience, educational hubs, and immediate access to major transport routes. It is located about 1.5 to 2 miles west-northwest of Perth city center.

The area is serviced by local grocery stores (such as Farmfoods) and local takeaways. A large Tesco Extra is also located just a short distance away near the A85 roundabout. McDiarmid Park: Sitting just off Crieff Road, this is the home of St Johnstone Football Club.

It serves as a major focal point for sports and community events in the area. Outdoor Access: The neighborhood is situated on the edge of town, making it easy to head west into the stunning Perthshire countryside or quickly access the A9 for travel north and south.

UHI Perth: The main campus of UHI Perth (University of the Highlands and Islands) is situated directly on Crieff Road, making it a popular location for students, staff, and campus events (like the local family roller discos). The Glover Arms: This highly rated, reliable local pub is a staple in the neighborhood, offering family-friendly dining and a classic "local" atmosphere.

The property is located about 4.8 miles (approx. 15 minutes by car) from the famous Perth Racecourse in Scone Palace Park.
