There is an in-built reading nook with a mounted feature ship wheel and downlights for an additional area to relax.

The Nautical Nook boasts all-new kitchen facilities and modern furnishings, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and convenient. Whether you’re preparing a seaside feast or simply relaxing in the living area, you’ll appreciate the modern touches. The kitchen has a black granite sink, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric stovetop and oven.

Directly off the kitchen is the island breakfast bench with high-backed seating for 4.

The master bedroom has a queen bed beneath the ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe, drawers and a bedside table with lamp.

The second bedroom with original wooden floorboards has a double bed, bedside table with lamp and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a shower with handheld showerhead, single basin vanity and separate toilet.

The laundry is located within the bathroom and has a Haier combined front loader washing machine and dryer.

The enclosed backyard has a wood walkway down to the far back grassed area with umbrella, that is a perfect sport for the outdoor dining table and chairs.
