🌿 Waterfront Environment

This home is located directly on the canal and surrounded by beautiful natural waterways.

You may occasionally see local wildlife such as possums, bandicoots or kangaroos. In warmer months, insects such as ants, flies or mosquitoes may also be present, particularly if doors or windows are left open.

The property is professionally treated, however seasonal weather can increase activity. To stay comfortable, we recommend keeping food sealed and doors closed when possible.

🔐 Identity Verification & Security Hold

Prior to check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification through our secure Guest App (similar to hotel check-in).

Pets are welcome with prior approval.

A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies and is payable via our guest portal. We reserve the right to decline a pet request if the pet is not suitable for short-term accommodation.

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

We are happy to consider requests subject to availability.

Cleaner fee: $50 per hour.

For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival to ensure a relaxed and seamless start to your stay.

🧼 Longer Stays

For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean is provided as part of your booking.

For extended stays beyond one month, a clean will be scheduled fortnightly.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.

Our cancellation policy is strict. Refunds are not issued unless the issue is caused by our listing. Travel insurance can assist if your trip is disrupted or needs to be cancelled.
